I want my Night gel back, this mattress is horrible. I only got it because I wanted it with the adjustable base and wanted the white glove service. The base is firm but I rarely ever adjust it. The mattress is horrendous I should have bought the base separately and stayed with the Night gel which is what I had before. Trust me, stay away.

Bought this on an Instant savings offer but it is still same price even after promotion. So I felt an impulse to buy it. Mattress inflated within 5 mins of opening it. It did NOT inflate to 12” just 10”. Overall an average mattress for memory foam. My daughter developed a skin rash since sleeping on it. I haven’t put a mattress pad but will soon to see if it’s in fact the mattress. I do have a cotton sheet so still unsure. Stiff for first week but once u get adjusted it’s alright. Probably won’t last but it’s temporary

I like a firmer mattress, but this was ridiculous. We bought this for a second bedroom and our family who first slept on it woke up with back pain. I later tried it and could not sleep more than an hour before my discomfort woke me. Avoid u less you like really really firm beds.

Bought end of November, replacing 12+ year old 14 inch foam from Sams Club. After one month, hurting so bad, every pressure point, we went and bought the 4 inch Foam pad for top. That made it to difficult to roll over! Trying to call, did get Sam's who says ?Serta department will handle?

Bought our daughter this mattress (size queen) and the Serta queen foundation. The mattress is only 10”, not 12”. The foundation is 1.5-2” more narrow than the mattress, and it is also shorter than the mattress. Very disappointed since the smaller foundation means less support on the edges and there is a gap the whole around it and the bed frame

If no stars were an option, that is what we would give. Me and my partner are both heavy sleepers that have never had any problems sleeping anywhere. That being said, we are now on our 3rd sleepless night. This mattress is like a rock with no give whatsoever. We decided after the 1st night to give it a few more nights to see if we might adapt to it... At this point I don't think it's possible. We had our last mattress for 15 years and it was completely worn out...that one was 5 stars compared to this one. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere for a mattress.

(1) Arrived in a large, tall plain brown box. My concern is that Sam's club sold me returned and/or used mattress. (2) Mattress has a stain on one side. (3) Mattress does not feel like the same model SertaSleepToGo that I purchased and enjoyed twice before. The previous mattresses were in a Serta box with convenient wheels. (4) Sam's Club will not accept a return in the store. They are requiring that I stay home for a pickup. So, I would have to take off from work to return the mattress. I am 100% dissatisfied. Heading over to Sam's Club now to request a full refund for my plus membership.

Bought winter of 2018 exchanging for another now (spring 2021). At first it was great. Has broken down, there is a dip where I sleep and a dip where my wife sleeps and a hill in the middle. My wife is of average size. I’m over 250 so I realize I’m going to be harder on a mattress than the average person but less than 3 years? My mom also has one and she said hers is holding up great. Maybe for 1 person who rarely sleeps and works all the time it’s good, or if you’re small it’s good. Maybe I’m expecting too much from a cheap mattress. I do not recommend.

We've had this mattress for approximately 6 months, and we absolutely love it! I initially was the one having problems with our old, 12-year old innerspring mattress, and started looking for a new one. I was waking up with lower back pain, and sometimes pain in other areas of my back as well. Although it took about a week to get used to this mattress (it almost feels too firm when you first try it out), after this initial period, it's been nothing but perfect. I now wake up with zero pain, and do not wake up in the middle of the night from tossing and turning. I was skeptical about getting a memory foam mattress, but I'm so glad we did. My husband would prefer a bit more plush of a mattress, but he also wakes up with no pain and sleeps well during the night, so no complaints from him either. A quick final note - during my last pregnancy, our old mattress was unbearably uncomfortable. I'm pregnant again and this mattress has been phenomenal - I'm waking up restored and in no pain!

Saw this mattress in a consumer reports article on mattresses. This mattress was rated 6th overall out of about 50, the mattresses rated above all cost between $1000-3000. So I thought I would try this one because Sams had it on sale. The 1st week it was a little hard to get used to because I had been sleeping on box springs all my life but after that I slept like a baby which isn’t that easy for a 60 year old big guy. I used to wake up with sore hips on my old bed and I could only sleep about 7 hours because I would get so uncomfortable. But that is in the past with Serta, thank you Serta for making a bed where dreams are made! I have been able to sleep and lounge around in bed for up-to 12 hours. The only downside is I think I’m getting lazy.
