We went to the store to shop mattresses to find out they do not carry Queen size in the store. They advised us to go on-line and order it. The mattress that we received has about a 6"-7" spot on the mattress that appears to be a wear mark right out of the box... Will it matter when the bed is made? No, just a bit disappointed that we have to take something that isn't perfect when we buy new and had to wait to get it...

Loved my full size mattress so I bought the same one in queen size. This queen is much softer and there is less side support than the full size mattress. It still supports well, it just isn't as firm. Also, it took 34 days and a call to the Serta Pro team to be delivered. Honestly think they forgot my order...

I purchased this mattress solely because of the rating it received from consumer reports (and the reasonable price). It is advertised as a 12” mattress, but mine is barely 10” after two weeks. I’m a side sleeper and it was way too firm for me, so I purchased a 3” memory foam topper. So far, after only two nights, It is much better, but I will reserve final evaluation for a month or so.

We were looking for a mattress and did a lot of research and used CR. This was one of the top 25 in CR. Ordered online (queen). Mattress was shipped out same day. It arrived two days later. Was in a large box that weighed 70+ lbs. I noticed the box had a sticker on it that stated "serta e-commerce queen"? and no packing list on box or inside.....so before I decided to remove from shrink wrap I called the 1-800# for Sams/Serta. No one really new if this was the mattress I ordered so Sam's re-ordered another one and had this one picked up from my doorstep next day. All went well with second order. 2nd mattress arrived in a couple of days but this one also had queen e-commerce sticker on it along with no packing slip. I decided to open this one up and see what happened. It "inflated quickly and reached 12 inches within an hour. No chemical smell either. We woke up next morning without lower back pain. Been great ever since. We don't wake up hot either but we also keep our bedroom at 65-67 degrees! Would highly recommend this mattress for those with lower back issues. The mattress is not rock hard but not soft either. If you are looking for a plush soft mattress this is not a good choice. You can't go wrong either with Sam's customer service. They were awesome! Only negative/suggestion is Sams/Serta get the "e-commerce queen" thing figured out or make sure there is a packing slip attached to box or inside....... so they can eliminate unnecessary shipping/return costs to a minimum.

After seeing crazy prices on mattresses, we decided to try the foam one. so easy- picked up one from the store which fit in back of Honda CRV and had one delivered. Open up box, remove wrapper, and voila, your mattress expands and is ready for sleep. Very comfortable. Love it

This is the second Serta SleeptoGo we've bought. It is a very comfortable mattress, easy to get into the house with the box with the handles and wheels. BUT, it is not a true 12 Inch thick mattress, which is a little dissapointing.It measures at 11 inches. Would be getting 5 stars if measurements were accurate. Also noticed the cover is a little slack at the bottom corners on this second one, my first one is not slack like that. That leads me to believe they may have actually shortchanged the entire mattress, while leaving the cover the same size. Manufacturer would save a lot of money on a few inches of foam x thousands of mattresses. Still, a good value for the money and comparable to the Casper, which is twice as much money.

Usually there is a break in period for a mattress. This mattress was very comfortable from the first night. The only problem was the delivery aspect. Even though free delivery was offered, due to mess ups with Fed Ex, I had to pick it up myself from the Fed Ex facility.

This is a GREAT mattress! Can't believe the price. We are are 8 nights in and having some adjustment to the firm nature of this mattress coming from our saggy old mattress, but otherwise it is great. We had it shipped and it came earlier than it said. Getting it upstairs by myself was a haul, but unpackaging was easy! We let it lay in our bonus room for 4 days even though it seemed to expand almost immediately. I bought a 'cool' mattress pad for it becuase I was nervous about it being hot and actually ended up adding a blanket to our bed to stay warm. Heat was my biggest hesitation to going memory foam and that is not an issue.

I honestly was a little worried about getting this mattress. I never have gotten a mattress from a box before. But I read the reviews and decided to take the plunge. However I must say I love my new mattress. It’s firm but still gives some Cush were you need it. My hips used to ache before with my old mattress. Now I sleep like a baby. Glad I made the change.

I received my mattress about three weeks ago. We opened the box and there were no instructions on how to set it up. We looked on YouTube and found a video on what we needed to do. It was simple and took no time to do. I’ve read some reviews that say it took a while for the smell to go away but I had sheets on ours within a couple of hours and was sleeping on it a few hours later. I wanted a firm mattress and had to think a long time about a “bed in a box” with memory foam being firm enough for me. I was very skeptical. This is a very firm mattress and I’m very satisfied with my choice. Overall, This is a great mattress for the money.
