BEWARE of getting a used dirty mattress
Sams keeps deleting my reviews! Recieved a used mattress with head stain, butt dip, and flattened side. Was in an unmarked box and clear bag that was shrink wrapped Now have to rebox which is impossible to return via fedex, or gl to sams club store to return a 125# mattress.

Nope
I bought this mattress early 2020 and was fine about 6 months, then started bowing and resulted in horrible back pain. My boyfriend bought the same one at the same time and had the exact same results. Would never buy again and having issues getting refund!
Waste of money and time
The size of the bed completely sinking. I burn up on this mattress, and I’m not even a hot sleeper. I’ve only had this bed for a few months and it’s already indenting. It’s definitely not 12 inches. It’s definitely not firm or has any back support. I’m very disappointed. I will be going back to spring mattresses.

This is my favorite mattress! I have replaced all the mattresses in my house with this one. I have back and neck issues and sleeping on this mattress is a dream! I don’t wake up with a back ache!! It cradles your body without leaving indentations. It’s not too hot. It’s just perfect for myself and my husband.
Awful
I brought this bed 6 days ago despite the not so good reviews. Finally slept on it lastnight. The worst sleep ever me and my husband tossed and turned all night. My back and neck are killing me. By the way i have no back or neck issues. The bed was hot, extra extra firm, had no give, and stiff. I literally felt like I was sleeping on top of wood planks.

First, since the mattress is new and made of freshly poured foam, it takes a few weeks to break in as the mattress gets used to you and you to it. Most sleepers find that the mattress softens up a bit within the first month of consistent use.If the mattress has had time to break in and you are still finding it to be too firm, a mattress topper or feather bed may help. Was VERY Skeptical
I was very skeptical about this mattress. Have been looking at similar products i.e. Purple, Nectar, etc. Seems the closest competitor for this level of quality and type was still close to twice (at old price) the price but now at this price, this thing is a "no brainer" It is on the firmer side (even for my big fine body 6'1" and 225) it was a little firmer than expected. Bad thing? Not really. The support really seems to be helping. Also noticed that wife who used to snore loud enough that the walking dead would knock on the door to inquire what was wrong now seems to sleep nearly silently. A very welcome side effect. So overall is it in the same league as say Purple, Nectar and all the high priced stuff? I think so. Is it one helluva deal? You bet!
Not a good quality mattress
We purchased our mattress online for in store pickup and brought it home and immediately put it on the bed frame. The mattress never rose above 10”. And in fact, in some places it rose less than 10”. We gave the mattress a couple of weeks but it never rose anymore than it did in the first few hours after it came out of the box. I suspect that because the mattress was defective and didn’t rise properly, it also was much more firm than it should have been and caused me back pain every night I slept on it. We called the Serta line listed on the product page but was told that because we picked the mattress up in store, we would have to work with the store as they don’t help with anything more than a warranty claim if purchased in store. Sams told us we would have to return the mattress in store for a refund, so keep that in mind if you also have trouble with your purchase. We had to rent a uhaul to return this faulty mattress to the store which was a pain as it was a king and heavy and difficult to maneuver. So overall this was not a very good experience. I expected that Serta would be there to help us if there were any problems, making the return process simple, but that simply wasn’t the case. Had we purchased online and had the mattress delivered then perhaps it would have been different. Since that isn’t made clear in the product description where they recommend calling the Serta line for any issues, I thought it would be good to relate our experience here.

AWFUL
I bought this exact mattress a few years ago because I needed a firm mattress. I then moved to another state and it was easier to buy a new mattress at my new location - so of course, I chose this mattress. Because of various back issues I had to have a firm mattress. This is NOT the same quality mattress and is quite soft. I put an earlier review indicating that I was suspect since it came is a plain brown box ... but I tried to give it a chance. Well, it is giving me great back pain to continue to sleep on this mattress. With a ten year warranty, what are my options? Will Serta replace it with a FIRM mattress?

Poor quality
I have the Serta 14 inch king size for our master bedroom and I love that mattress. Decided to buy the 12 inch for our gest bedroom queen size. Was at the club pickup up one of the boxes went home opend the box and the cover was ripped. I could see the damage of the cover through the plastic. Took the mattress back at the store returned it and picked another box. Opened the other box home and waited for the mattress to expand. It expanded only to less than 10 inches and the cover is loose. For the price this is not acceptable. Will start the return process. If I wanted a 10 inch mattress, I would have bought a 10 inch mattress which also cost less.
