Not impressed

We purchased this mattress a few weeks ago. So far, we are not impressed. It is far from 12". It still has not fluffed up evenly. There is a slight chemical smell that just won't disappear. We live 200+ miles from the store where we purchased it, so returning it is not an option. Disappointed to have spent $600.00 on it.

So sore!

We bought this in the summer after reading so many great reviews. It's such a hard mattress. And even after adding a $200 mattress topper, my husband and I wake up so sore. Not sure if I should contact Serta or Sam's Club for any kind of option.

My messed up back LOVES LOVES LOVES this mattress

I read reviews & research ALOT before buying major purchases ESP a large one &/or one I'll be using a long time. I did both with this mattress including CR but still a little skeptical bc I didn't get to lay on it. Even checked out reg box springs/mattresses because that's what I'm used to but I NEEDED relief from the aches and pains associated with sleeping. This purchase was and is everything I wanted and needed! It's comfortable but most importantly my BACK or legs or neck don't kill in the morning anymore! Equally important is the cost is a fraction of what traditional mattresses cost! Re: S/H received pretty quickly, so much so I wasn't quite ready for it. I had bought a Zinus quick snap standing mattress foundation but the model I bought was a little too low to store tubs under (a must have for my space) so had to figure out how to heighten it. Once I did and the foundation was in place, the easy task of opening the box and cutting loose took place. The only "complaint" I'd have is I wasn't sure on the mattress which side was supposed to be up (or down) so went strictly by the picture (I need everything laid out for me!). Anyway, I'm sure you'll love this as much as I do and love the savings as well!

Great Affordable bed!

to be honest the first couple of weeks on this bed I considered returning! IT was just too FIRM.. I took the cover off and put on a regular fitted sheet after the first couple of days. After that it started to soften up a bit.. Now it is Wonderfull to sleep on. I have severe arthritis and scoliosis. so getting the right bed was important to me. I have less pain now than I did with a regular pillow top mattress. This bed is also very affordable...

0 Stars! If you don't own a TRUCK don't buy it!

Bought it in club. It will only expand to 10 inches, not 12 inches. If I wanted 10 inches, I would have paid less money for the 10 inch mattress. SERTA won't help if you don't buy it off their website, they send you back to talk to SamsClub. Club says you have to wrap it in plastic shrink wrap and find a way to drive it back to the Club. So if you don't own a Truck, then there's no way a Queen size mattress is going to fit in your car to return it. There is no way to shrink it back up. Ugh... All you get from samsclub is SORRY.

Just too Soft!

Purchased in Club. Firm Base layer is about 6 in, top 6 in is 3 layers of foam. I am big guy 240 lbs and 6'1". Way too soft for my back, and had trouble rolling over, felt like I was sinking. I returned it for one with thicker firm base and thinner soft top layers-no back pain and i can roll over without a struggle. No problems with the return at Club.

Bad customer service

I got this mattress Feb 2018 and while it was comfortable at first that's not the case any more. Mattress seems to get some what deform and is not comfortable anymore. Waking up to back pain almost daily. I try to refund/exchange at the store but they told me it needs to be handle by the serta team. I call them and while they seem to care, i got an email a day later saying they can't do anything and it needs to be handle by the store. Went back to the store and guess what? They want serta to handle it. Nobody wants to take accountability for it.

Not a fan!

I purchased a new mattress this weekend from somewhere else because I honestly thought that we have had this mattress for waaaay longer than a year. It's been uncomfortable for about 4 months now. We have rotated it on a regular basis to keep it level. But it is still uncomfortable. When I looked at my Sam's club purchases, it has been just over a year. I felt like it was way too firm before and now it has spots that we just sink into. I hope the mattress I purchased this weekend has what it takes. I wouldn't recommend this mattress for anyone with aches and pains prior to purchasing. Because you will have them after about 6 months of sleeping on this bad boy.

ughhh

Bought this a few months ago. I'm average weight, relatively fit middle aged individual who normally doesn't complain much about any type of mattress. This mattress, however, makes my body ache. Whether I sleep a few hours or all night, I wake up super sore and miserable. Not sure if it's the mattress firmness or chemical allergies but it's making me miserable.

Terrible quality

Bought this mattress-1st day had a crease here it was folded and never disappeared, called Serta the 1st day-they said wait 24 hours, then they said 48, then another call 72 hours--we have waited 8 weeks for them to respond with a solution after picture after picture and 5 emails and phones calls -now they will replace for an additional $85.00 -never buy a Serta memory mattress--got a Casper and was perfect right out of the box!!
