We find the Premier Protein shakes to be a nice nutritional replacement for breakfast. I like the caffeine of one cup of coffee to start my day.

Premier Protein Shakes are so good. My favorite flavor is Cafe Latte and Chocolate. They are not gritty and really have a good flavor.
