Low in calories, tastes good, and lots of protein. Good as a pick me up in the middle of the afternoon.

Provides a great protein supplement with low carbs and the equivalent of a cup of coffee of caffeine. My husband enjoys a shake in the afternoon.

I can't drink coffee like i used to. So a great breakfast to get me moving with the little caffeine it does have.
