My wife and I are on a low carb diet and especially for me at 84 with Hypothyroidism have difficulty getting the weight down to a more reasonable level and getting the protein I need in my diet. We use this as a substitute for breakfast and it helps but being a low carb drink as well. Seems to be helping my diet and have manged to get another 5 pounds down since we started using this about 3 weeks ago.

I was skeptical about trying this, but I needed to incorporate protein in my diet, and I love my coffee, and I saw that there was caffeine in it. I actually love this now. I replaced my coffee in the morning with this. It is enough to get me going and I’m getting my protein.. it does taste pretty good! Sometimes when I’m craving the coffee I will make my coffee and put this in to replace my creamer.

BEST Premier Protein Shake flavor ever! I have been buying this for a couple years & highly recommend. I make protein coffee almost every morning adding this to my cold brew coffee. No need for anything else & way more cost effective than going to local coffee shop daily.

I have been buying this flavor of Cafe Latte protein shakes for a few years. Always tasty and filling. Not too strong coffee flavor, about a cup of coffee worth of caffeine. Flavor is on point! Thanks!!!

I love these shakes! They’re great in a pinch especially when you’re rushing out the door!! My only complaint is that I’ve noticed more of them have been a bit “chunky” when u drink them….some more than others! Yuck! I’ll honestly still buy them as they’re some of the best tasting ones with very little sugar. Just hoping there’s something can be done about the chunky or curdling…..

Small lumps like egg whites and sometimes almost a curdled texture-love this flavor but the lumps are really hard for me to ignore.

-I was really disappointed with the last 3 boxes of premiere protein cafe latte shakes. I don’t know if they changed the formula with this new packaging, but there are chunks of what I assume is protein in the drink even after vigorous shaking. I had to strain the shakes before I could drink them. It is very off putting to drink a shake and have something solid hit the back of your throat. I got a box of chocolate flavored shakes and they do not seem to have the same issue.

The good flavor is gone and the main reason I enjoyed this particular flavor was because it did not clump like the other flavors and used to be thinner in texture than most shakes. They changed the look and the formula and it’s not an improvement at all

It tasted OK, but the end of each carton had curds in it . I ended up using a strainer to get that out before I drink it.
