I use these usually as a breakfast substitute because I do not feel hungry in the morning. But I need something to take my pills on. They do the trick and keep the pills from making my stomach upset.

This Premier Protein Cafe Latte is by far my favorite flavor. It's like drinking cold coffee with 30g of protein. I also add it to my morning coffee for my cream "YUM". I drink two a day with fresh fruit in the AM that gives me 60g of protein this curves my appetite for several hours until I have a balance meal.

I bought this because people really seem to like it. The taste is good and I give it four stars because it is a protein drink. But it's really sweet. It's hard for me to enjoy on an empty stomach, which is when I want to for breaking my fast, when it's so sweet.I may try some other flavors.

I absolutely love these Premier Protein Cafe Latte shakes! They do not have the typical off-putting protein shake smell, texture, or taste. I usually mix a couple of teaspoons of espresso powder into my shake for an extra coffee kick first thing in the morning.

My wife and I are on a low carb diet and especially for me at 84 with Hypothyroidism have difficulty getting the weight down to a more reasonable level and getting the protein I need in my diet. We use this as a substitute for breakfast and it helps but being a low carb drink as well. Seems to be helping my diet and have manged to get another 5 pounds down since we started using this about 3 weeks ago.

-I was really disappointed with the last 3 boxes of premiere protein cafe latte shakes. I don't know if they changed the formula with this new packaging, but there are chunks of what I assume is protein in the drink even after vigorous shaking. I had to strain the shakes before I could drink them. It is very off putting to drink a shake and have something solid hit the back of your throat. I got a box of chocolate flavored shakes and they do not seem to have the same issue.

I just wanted to try to find something to help me cut back on the amount of foods I was eating and since it has a good amount of protein, that would help. But I was pleasantly surprised at how well one shake helped to control my appetite for hours. I'll skip eating a traditional breakfast 3 to 4 days out of the week and just have one shake for breakfast. But sometimes I have to remember to eat lunch because most days I'm not even hungry for lunch time. And I love the flavor. I just wish Sam's Club would carry more flavors in the store. So far, the only way to get some flavor is to have them shipped. But the shakes themselves are great. Rich and creamy and good for appetite control. The only problem is they taste so good, sometimes I want two. 😂

These taste great and comes in 5+ flavors. If you need a quick pick me up for breakfast, lunch or late dinner. Easy meal for busy travelers.

This is ok. I don't like sweet & most of these protein drinks are too sweet, but I dilute this one with coffee. I'm sorry they discontinued the peach; it was perfect, it overly sweet!
