These taste great. The cup of coffee gives you an added pep. I like to blend mine in the blender with ice and a banana for an extra treat.

These are absolutely delicious. Plenty of protein to fill you up and coffee to give you a pep in your step. I keep a stock of these at home.

You will feel full after drinking it and can temporarily replace other proteins if you are doing activities outside.
