For skin on a little pricy. Also all but one package had two fillets. Way to much fish for a single person. The sockeye is the only wild caught. All the other salmon is farm raised.

Did not seem fresh. Bad smell and a negative experience. Not a good value. I was very was dissatisfied with the cost. On a fixed income and it had a negative impact for me. I could have had 3 meals for what I paid for this.

The flesh was fantastic; firm yet supple with nice color. However, smell of fish was prevalent, so this was either past use date or transported improperly and turned.

Cooked up wonderfully! We had seasoned, baked salmon with tasty, fluffy garlic and herb mashed potatoes and garlic and butter asparagus. So delicious, fresh and juicy! Get some. Mmmm!

The fresh salmon was truly excellent. I like to sear it quickly on both sides, season it, and enjoy it almost raw in the center, and you don't want to do that unless the salmon is fresh.

Oh my goodness my husband smoked this and it was so delicious. I never eat salmon, because of the fishiness. But I ate this and enjoyed it so much. Red Sockeye and wild caught were the reasons we purchased it in the first place.

I think I'll stick with the Atlantic salmon. Or if you are trying to save some money go with the steelhead instead of this. And bring back the sashimi grade salmon!!!!

This wild caught salmon is delicious and freezes well. I purchase it often. It's a bit pricier but it's worth the cost as it's much preferred over the alternatives.

This catch is easy to over cook. It is NOT like Atlantic caught salmon, it’s thinner and when cooked loses all juicy to it. I think that’s why it’s cheaper than the other domain options. Bottom of the barrel like pig is to cow

Wild caught Sockeye is the ultimate salmon. It should be much more expensive than anything farmed or from the Atlantic. Sorry but it’s true. This is a steal. I bought enough to smoke several.
