I have this bidet model #BL-97 almost two years now. I love it!

Had this bidet for over 3 years now and not a single problem. Controller runs through batteries kinda fast and when it goes out mid stream, have extra real close or the plug in close by or you're stuck! Still 5 stars though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Low spray pressure. Remote control can’t communicate with the bidet through the person on the toilet. You have to reach around your body and point it at the bidet.
