[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Using your bedit seat for over 20 years and have had a problem with the inferior design with the seat hinge, the original slow close design was much smoother and better. I just had to replace your seat because the hinge unit split the plastic seat at insertion location

Love my bidet. The new remote means you have to have the light on because you can't feel the buttons. I don't know why companies think this is betters like in a car we need to look at the screen to change the station. Besides the remote, it's wonderful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replacing a nine-year-old Brondell that still worked but was just getting a bit worn. Figured couldn't go wrong with replacing it with another but newer Brondell model. Love it! Adjustable temperature and pressure are perfect. The blue night light is cool. Easy to install. Only one thing I wish was better and that is add an additional mounting option for the remote control. Having optional screw mounts (like the previous version) would have been best.

We had the bidet installed in two of our bathrooms. It required us to add electrical outlets near the toilets. Seat is comfortable and the all of the cleaning options work great. Personally, I was a little skeptical, but the area where the wand comes out stays nice and clean and it works really well.

This is an amazing product. It is incredibly easy to install and use. Since the seat warms the water you don't have to worry about running a hot water line for install. We loved this product so much we just bought a second one for another bathroom in our house. Your bits will always be clean and dry with this smart bidet. When everyone was freaking out about toilet paper during the height of the pandemic…we were sitting pretty with this lovely toilet attachment.

I have this bidet model #BL-97 almost two years now. I love it!

I feel so much better health wise now that I uses the Bidet Seat. I feel extra clean after using the seat. I would recommit one for all sort of people but especially for seniors.

Had this bidet for over 3 years now and not a single problem. Controller runs through batteries kinda fast and when it goes out mid stream, have extra real close or the plug in close by or you're stuck! Still 5 stars though.
