Nice beginner bidet. These seats end up cracking at the back and the system automatically goes to sleep and the seats won't stay heated or water warmed. I sent several as gifts and several recipients ended up with the same issue.

Easy to install. Works well for the first time user. The seat is longer and higher. Extends out and the hole seams smaller. Just takes getting use to. It is pretty good' Gets you cleaner than TP.

We have had two Swash bidets. The first one lasted only about two years. We like the unit hoping the second one lasts longer.

This is an amazing product. It is incredibly easy to install and use. Since the seat warms the water you don't have to worry about running a hot water line for install. We loved this product so much we just bought a second one for another bathroom in our house. Your bits will always be clean and dry with this smart bidet. When everyone was freaking out about toilet paper during the height of the pandemic…we were sitting pretty with this lovely toilet attachment.

Love my bidet. The new remote means you have to have the light on because you can't feel the buttons. I don't know why companies think this is betters like in a car we need to look at the screen to change the station. Besides the remote, it's wonderful!
