The remote control very difficult to use. Letters are very small and you really need to use magnifying glass to read it Not a good option vile you are sitting on the toilet!!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had to replace my original Brondell that was leaking and kept blowing my breaker. The original was great until it started leaking from the back.

Bought two for our new home. They both quit working in less than a year. We replaced batteries terries in the remote frequently. Even bought replacement remotes but could not get the features working. Disappointed!

Will make your LED lights flicker. Will not maintain warm temp water. Starts off warm and gets cold as it runs. If you have l e d lights, you might end up with a seizure.
