Had this bidet for over 3 years now and not a single problem. Controller runs through batteries kinda fast and when it goes out mid stream, have extra real close or the plug in close by or you're stuck! Still 5 stars though.

I feel so much better health wise now that I uses the Bidet Seat. I feel extra clean after using the seat. I would recommit one for all sort of people but especially for seniors.

Bidet works fine but every once in awhile the remote control freezes for like 30 seconds. Looked it up online and can't find answer to resolve issue.

Wonderful. . . until it broke. This was the second one to malfunction right after the manufacturer warranty expired. Not going with Brondell again.
