The weekend I purchased these cupcakes, every location seemed to either be out or very low. This location was limited. But the time I picked them up these had been the last two. The frosting was all over the place one of the case manage to bust open as the lady Handed it to me. I had as her if she could get me another one and the reply was “ this is the last 2 we have” for it being my first time using the order and pick up option I was very disappointed. This makes me want to just go in the club and do my own shopping, it’s not like I get a discount using this service.

I love Sam's club bakery but the pink frosting on these cupcakes was horrible. The cake was good and the blue frosting was good but the pink. Little kids didn't even want the pink. It had too much food coloring in it to the point it taste like bad medicine. Then a child drop some on my hardwood floor and it stain it pink.

This review isn't on the cupcakes but the packaging. Why did you change it?! These new holders are terrible and the lid keeps popping off. Even your bakers warned me that these new ones are terrible and to be careful. Stop trying to fix things that aren't broken!!

I specifically ordered buttercream and received whipped cream. These were for a class party. Teacher noted that a student was allergic to whipped topping, so buttercream would work best. Had to make an extra expense %26 stop to get buttercream from a local supermarket instead.

These cupcakes are the best tasting cupcakes and the price is even better! These have always been our go-to cupcakes for any occasion. I love that you can drop in anytime and grab them to go. Or you can place a customs order to match any theme you have.

I used to brag to everyone about how good sams club cupcakes were! Recently though, i bought some for my daughters birthday and the frosting was awful! It tasted like crisco or something along those lines. It was bad.. i wish they would’ve stuck with the tried and true recipe. Sad to say, it’s not good now.

I bought these for my daughters birthday where kids were 3-5 years old. The packaging was nice and allowed for me to add cupcake toppers to the top (these are not included) and enclose the package again. They tasted great and kids loved them. I would order them again!

It has been years since I've had a decent store bought cupcake. Ladies and gentlemen, my cupcake drought is over. Best cupcake around. Frosting? In love! Cake? Moist and delicious. If you are in the market for a good cupcake, let's face it, who isn't, this is it. 30 of these addicting babies for 15. The only problem is stopping at two;)

I bought the $14.98 box of chocolate/vanilla Valentines cupcakes to have for the grandkids over the weekend. I wondered why a small nibble was taken out of a cupcake, and then they were set aside. I reminded the older kids as well. One bite, tossed in the trash or left, sitting on their plate. When a 3, 5, or 7-year-old won't eat them nor would any of the 8 adults, I tasted one. It tasted like it had black pepper and Star Anise in the icing and cake. They were even a bit spicy . We tossed the whole box. Won't buy these again.
