Purchased for a birthday party. It was basic but did the job. Pros: cupcakes were fresh and frosting is creamy and delicious. Price was right. Cons: other than sprinkles these are no frills, mass produced cupcakes. I found better designed ones at a nearby Walmart that I would've considered if I knew they were there.

I specifically ordered buttercream and received whipped cream. These were for a class party. Teacher noted that a student was allergic to whipped topping, so buttercream would work best. Had to make an extra expense %26 stop to get buttercream from a local supermarket instead.

We ordered these cupcakes (white and chocolate) with white buttercream frosting and pink rosebuds as decoration for my daughter's wedding. They were beautiful and looked so beautiful. People said they were delicious and the price was right. We ordered enough for 150 guests and the process went so smoothly. You do have to pick them up and deliver them to the venue yourself, but we had many friends offer to help us out to accomplish that on the wedding day. They were ready at 8 am just like promised. I cannot compliment the Crystal Lake, IL bakery department enough. They were wonderful.

I bought the $14.98 box of chocolate/vanilla Valentines cupcakes to have for the grandkids over the weekend. I wondered why a small nibble was taken out of a cupcake, and then they were set aside. I reminded the older kids as well. One bite, tossed in the trash or left, sitting on their plate. When a 3, 5, or 7-year-old won't eat them nor would any of the 8 adults, I tasted one. It tasted like it had black pepper and Star Anise in the icing and cake. They were even a bit spicy . We tossed the whole box. Won't buy these again.

The cupcakes themselves are an A ! As I came here to complain about the 1/4-inch hard plastic balls on top of some of these, I saw that I wasn't the only one who noticed them. I have been getting these cupcakes for many years, and this is the first time they've had these on them! Just glad I got one before one of the kids did, about half of the cupcakes had these on them! I almost broke my tooth on it! You guys had better stop doing this!

We ordered the unicorn style cupcakes for my daughters birthday, all of the kids where saying the pink cupcakes where gross and wouldn’t eat them so we tried it not sure what they put in it but it really was horrible it had a really bad chemical taste to it. I do not recommend these cupcakes.

Delicious, truly some of the best cupcakes. I bought them for a kids birthday party and was shocked when I tasted them. This will be my new go to for birthdays as they are so affordable. I wish there was a place for comments when customizing, but overall fantastic experience!

These cupcakes are the best tasting cupcakes and the price is even better! These have always been our go-to cupcakes for any occasion. I love that you can drop in anytime and grab them to go. Or you can place a customs order to match any theme you have.

I used to brag to everyone about how good sams club cupcakes were! Recently though, i bought some for my daughters birthday and the frosting was awful! It tasted like crisco or something along those lines. It was bad.. i wish they would’ve stuck with the tried and true recipe. Sad to say, it’s not good now.
