We but these cupcakes frequently and never have a problem, but bought them June 20th and they here horrible. The icing tasted like shortening, honestly tasted like someone forgot the sugar. Discussing Fathers Day treat.

This review isn't on the cupcakes but the packaging. Why did you change it?! These new holders are terrible and the lid keeps popping off. Even your bakers warned me that these new ones are terrible and to be careful. Stop trying to fix things that aren't broken!!

I initially got a membership just so we can get cupcakes for my daughters bday few years ago and we never looked back! These cupcakes are a hit every single year. I love me chocolate cupcakes but admittedly the vanilla cupcakes are better than the chocolate at Sam’s.

The cup cakes are fine but the web interface to order is very poor. I did order two trays of cupcakes but intend to pick them up the next day, not today or two or three days from now. A well designed interface would provided when they are wanted. Also, the phone interface for Sam's is pathetic.

Ordered many times in the past. Previous two orders we confirmed with staff they were BUTTERCREAM, they were not. We have a birthday and thought we'd give them another try, ordered Buttercream and again got whipped cream. This was their last chance, just not worth the price when even the kids pass on them.
