Ice cube tray.... Is it the beginning of the end? We spent a lot of money to have water just pouring into the ice cube container, not the tray!

We've had 2 Samsung refrigerators. Never again. After multiple ice maker replacements, it still doesn't work. Found out through a Facebook group action is going to be taken because it happens to most of their refrigerators with ice makers

I have had Samsung fridges in the past which is why I consider them again but the level of customization on this fridge would blow your mind. This can be good and bad. The wife and I can make it fit an aesthetic she is going for. Bad when she changes that look she will than opt to buy the different panels to change its look. We currently have 3 different sets including a Dancy winter wonderland version. Past the design the function of a fridge is solid. Keeps stuff cold and the freezer doesn't have that awful freezer drawer I have had on other models. If you want to add to your kitchens look with a quality fridge this si the way to go.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have received are new refrigerator. It looks nice and modern. I like the sleek front and no handles. Kind of looks futuristic. The only issue with the refrigerator capacity is that there are only 2 drawers. However, half of the freezer can be converted to a refrigerator (FlexZone). The pull out drawers and shelves are a nice feature making it easier to keep frozen items organized. The dual ice maker works well and I like that the ice is never empty. The beverage zone is convenient. The water from the dispenser is nice and cold which is good for the Texas heat. The auto fill pitcher is great for refilling the coffee pot with filtered water. The infuser worked great and gave me some flavored water. The Smart Things App was easy to set up. I have a Samsung phone so it was already installed. I just had to scan the QR Code and Bam it was setup. I liked the recipes in the app and the notifications I get in case I leave the fridge door open. The fingerprint resistant steel is not all that resistant. On the day the fridge arrived it was already full of prints that needed to be cleaned. The user manual did not provide any instructions on how to assemble and install the drawers and shelves. It is nice that the control panel is inside the fridge but we did not know how to use it. I actually had to rely on YouTube to learn how to use the control panel. Overall it is a significant improvement over our last refrigerator. We would definitely recommend this product to anyone!!!

It fits a lot of food and the freezer section is well designed so everything is easy to find. The beverage center is so convenient especially with 2 kids. I love the auto-fill pitcher. I've been putting tea leaves in the infuser to make cold brew tea. The kids' favorite part of the fridge is the small bites ice. I have to admit, it's pretty cute. The control panel on the inside is intuitive and easy to manage. The custom panels make a big statement in the kitchen. It's the 1st thing everyone notices. It's nice to know that we can switch out the panels to a different color later on if we want to. The flex zone area is really convenient for when we need more fridge space and less freezer space. Overall, I love this fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung Bespoke refrigerator is amazing! We have been having it for several months now and love everything about it. I can’t decide if I like the look or functionality better. The glass panels have a sleek look and are virtually smudge proof. The few smudges and fingerprints that were left wipe away with ease. One of my favorite features is the beverage center. I love that the water dispenser and pitcher are hidden behind a door. The self-filling pitcher is great. My daughter enjoys having water infused with lemon. Another feature I love is the bottom right storage space is customizable to be a refrigerator or freezer (and you can make these adjustments easily from your phone!) There is a lot of storage in both the refrigerator and the freezer. The ice bins are a little small and ice sometimes spills behind the bins. The fact that this unit make two different size cube makes up for the bin issue in my opinion. I do wish the shelves in the refrigerator where more adjustable so I could have more height. Overall, we all love this refrigerator and are very happy with the purchase!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I was really skeptical about this purchase because I have never spent so much money on an appliance. But I'm so glad I did, I could not be happier. There is so much room and storage space to organize your food without cramming it full and not being able to see anything. The water pitcher in the door is a GAME CHANGER. I absolutely must have water in my fridge, but with a toddler able to reach the external water dispenser we could no longer use ours anymore. This one is safe from pesky toddler hands and honestly I prefer the pitcher so much more over the dispenser. Highly recommended.

I got the Stainless Steel, and it is fingerprint resistant! I could have cleaned my previous refrigerator, and it always had streaks. My Bespoke refrigerator looks fantastic after a swipe and dry with a paper towel. The amount of storage is just what I need to accommodate the food I keep on hand. I love the adjustable shelves. It's great, the way you can personalize this refrigerator. The shelves in the doors really add to the amount of storage for milk and juice, and for so many condiments! I'm really loving this part Onto the beverage center. So smart to have the water behind the panel in the door. The pitcher makes it easy to fill up so quickly. This is another feature that is so easy to keep clean. I haven't done anything with the Flex feature yet, but I am thinking about it. How wonderful to have the option to go from freezer compartment to more fridge space and vice versa! I do love the ice trays that feature two different sizes of cubes and the included scoop. It is so much neater to use than my previous fridge. Not having handles is so nice, I don't miss them at all. It just makes the Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator that much more beautiful!

We bought the Samsung 23cu ft smart counter depth bespoke fridge and we couldn’t be more than happy with that. The color fits perfectly wity our kitchen. The lines are clean and modern. It has 4 doors(5 if you include the bar one). So far so good! The delivery was fast and ok the spot. They were beyond nice and attentive.
