Do not recommend
I’m confirming the other reviews talking about the ice maker going out. About 7 months after owning it, one of the section stopped freezing all together. Now 12 months into owning it the ice maker stopped making ice, the came out to fix and 3 days later the entire unite stopped working. Everything had to be thrown out.

Horrible Ice maker
Ice Maker literally broke off in my hand when I went to reset it! Samsung Care only warranties their repairs for 30 days! Ice maker was repaired once and had the same problem maybe 6 months later! Now it’s gonna cost upwards of $500! Cheaper to buy a new fridge of another brand!

Great for the 2 years it worked
There are so many things we really like about this fridge. We love the beverage center and the built in water pitcher for filtered water. We love that the 4th compartment can be used for fruits and vegetables since we don't need a large freezer but do need more refrigerator space. HOWEVER, the mini ice cube maker in our fridge never worked - it caused the freezer to ice over every time we turned it on, so we leave it off (not a big deal for us). Then, 2 1/2 years after purchase, there was ice buildup that blocked the refrigerator fan and caused the refrigerator section to stop cooling. Bottom line - it's a well thought out refrigerator with great features but HORRIBLE engineering.

Ice Everywhere!!!!
Bought this 4 door flex unit and have had nothing but issues with the ice maker. Constantly have to clean out lower drawer that gets ice all inside of it. It continually builds a wall of ice in the rear corner of the ice tray preventing any new ice from back filling what we use. We essentially have to yank the drawer out to shift any ice from the rear to the front and chop out any formed ice wall in the back. For such an expensive fridge, this ice maker is horrible!
Samsung Bespoke broke after 2 years
My samsung bespoke refrigerator broke only after 2 years of usage. Diagnosis says compressor kit and main board needs replacement. These are the heart of the refrigerator. I heard the compressor is in back order so no chance this will be fixed anytime soon. The inverter compressor is in 10 year warranty so I hope you give me the attention i need. This is so frustrating , I had so much hope on this ref.

Ice Bites and Cubes are not worth it
Love the design and layout of unit. The ice makers however are awful. The constantly dispense broken ice, cubes and bites - we have removed, defrosted, cleaned and reset multiple times. Issue keeps occurring. The water tubes to the trays are not iced over and are clear - water sometimes spills out of trays and then ices up the drawer and trays. Super frustrating design and to deal with.

Ice cube tray.... Is it the beginning of the end? We spent a lot of money to have water just pouring into the ice cube container, not the tray!

DO NOT BUY. This poorly made fridge lasted 14 months. It has been an AWFUL experience with Samsung to get it replaced. You can’t get in touch with anyone and then you’re on hold for 30 mins when you do. I will never buy a Samsung appliance again.

Ice Maker doesn't Work
I bought this refrigerator and few months later the ice maker stopped working. The technician went 4 times, change the parts and still not working. I need Samsung to replace my refrigerator.
Great if you hate ice
We've had 2 Samsung refrigerators. Never again. After multiple ice maker replacements, it still doesn't work. Found out through a Facebook group action is going to be taken because it happens to most of their refrigerators with ice makers
