The Flex Zone feature, which allows you to use the section as either a fridge OR a freezer, is simply amazing. From the outside the fridge just looks shiny and beautiful ... and it stays that way. Having a 7 year old and 5 year old I really appreciate the Fingerprint Resistance Stainless Steel. And having the beverage center inside the top left door keeps the outside looking minimal and clean. There's more than enough space and the dual ice maker (ice in two different sizes!!) just can't be beat. I downloaded the Smart Things app, and that might just be the best part of the refrigerator. I can control the temperature and lighting (among other things) simply by using the app. And when I accidentally leave one of the doors open the refrigerator beeps AND the app alerts me that the door is open. I can't get over all the features. It really is an amazing refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the new Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator! The sleek design with built in handles looks great in our newly repainted kitchen. Some of my favorite features include: A "Beverage Center" with internal dispenser, because I don't like the unsightly look of exterior door dispensers, which are harder to keep clean, and children away from them. The beverage center also includes an AutoFill Infused Water Pitcher, which convenience has enhanced our lives, and has us enjoying a great deal of more water every day! Another great feature is the Dual Auto Ice Maker with Ice Bites. The larger ice cubes are actually cubed shaped which I prefer over the standard half moon shaped ones. The bite ice is great. My kids love it. I just want to be very clear that this bite ice is a smaller version of the other cubed ice, and it isn't the soft ice that you might be thinking of that comes from a certain fast food chain. The FlexZone is perfect for my needs where I can adjust the temperature of that area based on my needs and what I have to put into that location at any particular time. It has Wi-Fi Connectivity to check and adjust the settings. Another great feature is that you can choose from several different Custom Door Panels to suit your decoration style. Stay tuned for more details to follow, but for starters, I do highly suggest that future buyers note the measurements and understand that there needs to be about a four inch clearance for doors to open. The only inconvenience that we've had so far is that our door panels apparently had a manufacturing flaw, and there are "bubbles" like you see with contact paper beneath the glass which tops the four door panels. Samsung has new panels on their way to us, and the flaw affects the aesthetics and not the function of the unit. I will update as soon as we receive the new flawless door panels, and our experience receiving them.

I literally never have to refill the water jug. Bonus!!! We changed the panels to white and my kitchen looks fabulous now!!! I have the app on my phone which comes in handy when my kids forget to close the door.

I love the multiple ice options, the in-door water pitcher beverage Center and the ability of to swap out the panels if I want something new!! The app for the Fridge is awesome too!!

So much to love, easy to clean, easy to see and organize, beautifully reflecting glass makes my space seem so much bigger. But the pitcher stopped working. Slowly at first. Hiccups every few months. Now nothing expired warranted and $400 minimum to get it working again.

I usually have too much space now. The best part of this refrigerator definetly has to be the extra door on the exterior of the door that houses the pitcher of water. It has been very convenient to fill my water bottle and my coffee maker with the pitcher. The double freezer door is nice and has also given me a large area to store food. I have yet to try the feature where I can make the 2nd freezer into a fridge, but I like having that option. Overall this refrigerator has been wonderful, it has surpassed my expectations, and I highly recommend it for anyone who is looking to upgrade or replace their refrigerator.

Refrigerator with Beverage Center (RF23DB9600QL) for a few weeks and have fallen in love with how spacious this fridge is. My favorite features are: -I am able to store my groceries in set drawers/shelves without worrying about expedient spoilage. -Larger sized items from big department stores can sit without me worrying about doors closing. -Auto fill water pitcher is convenience and a fun way to get excited about daily water consumption. I also love that the water spout is concealed on the interior of the fridge -Multiple ice options in one machine -Option to change bottom right into fridge or freezer -Easy to clean stainless steel fridge doors

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my fridge for several weeks now and all I can say is that it’s perfect. We are in love with it. In all honesty at first i thought the freezer was gonna be small since we are a family of seven and I usually shop for everything at once. But everything fitted perfectly. Everyone’s favorite feature of the fridge is the drink station, my kids love that they can just open the door and get their drinks with out having to be looking for them on the fridge. Also let’s talk about the two types of ice it makes!! It’s just wow! I love that I can know when my kids leave the door open since it has a two minute alarm that rings if the door is left open. As a mother of small children I can tell you one of the best things of the fridge it’s that it is finger print resistant and very easy to clean. Definitely recommend!! I have not yet used the SmartThings app I did connect it but haven’t opened it since The installers left the ideal temperature on. I hope in the future I can change all my appliances to Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this refrigerator for 2 weeks, and I am obsessed with it! It looks terrific, and I love that the glass doors can so easily be cleaned. The internal design is well thought out, well organized, and roomy. Before purchase, I wondered which was a better option: a drawer freezer vs a doored freezer, and I am so happy to have gone with the door, since it enables excellent organization and it looks so symmetrical and sleek. I also love the beverage center and the ice maker. So far, everything is working very well, and the fridge is quiet. One of the best purchases I have ever made!!! Just need to rebuild the surrounding cabinetry!
