[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Usually a fridge is just a fridge, but there are some new features here that I initially considered gimmicky, but now have fallen in love with. The first is the beverage center. Being able to quickly grab a pitcher of water, that's always full, has made filling the coffee machine so much more convenient. The other is the freezer configuration - it has more room that our older counter depth side-by-side, even with two different kinds of ice being made at the same time. It's also quieter than our previous fridge from 2008. Overall, the stainless finish is OK. It shows less fingerprints, not zero fingerprints. The fridge has never been able to join our wireless network for SmarterThings. We have an Eero 6e network setup with WPA3 enabled, and the fridge will associate with the network, get an IP, and never stay connected for more than a few seconds. We tried disabling features on the network, and same results. Eventually gave up and put an old cheap AP in place for just this to connect to. Just note if you have an Eero 6E mesh network, could have issues connecting. Once it was connected, nice to be able to configure the device using an app.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This seems to be a very solid and well built refrigerator/freezer combo or all in one Refrigerator only, your choice.I am very pleased in the evenly distributed coolness with each bin having their own vent. So far, so good, highly impressed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few months ago with the navy glass panels and we are enjoying all of this refrigerator's features. Even though we bought the smaller 22 cf, there is plenty of room. We have the bottom right section set up as a refrigerator & keep drinks, snacks in there reachable for my 3 & 7 yo grandchildren which they think is So Cool! The water pitcher is a wonderful feature & we have had no problems with it leaking as a few reviews stated. We also like the two types of ice and the ability to shut one off if we aren't using. All in all, I would highly recommend this product for style, service & reliability.

I never knew what an important part of our house this product was until we changed what we had! I’ll go step by step with pros and cons based off my/our opinion on this! SmartThings App : I am the only one in the house with the app. It is easy to use and convenient if you need to change the flex zone or lighting/ice options. I was able to adjust what time I’d like the lighting to be dimmed at night when opening the fridge, which I think is a nice feature. Another considerate option is to not make ice at night, which isn’t very loud anyways but, I turned it on because it seems to make too much ice that the tray gets too full. You don’t need the app to change the flex zone, so in general it’s not really needed. I have young children and they like to leave our fridge open for longer than it should be and the app alerts me if this is done and also alerts me if the door is closed. The door app I’m not sure if I’d rate as a pro or con but mostly pro I suppose so it’s never accidentally left open! Capacity: Overall I have no complaint about capacity. Pro is the Flexzone’s ability to not just be a freezer. My toddler wouldn’t be able to reach the top fridge so we turned that into his own “baby fridge”. So for him this was world changing to have his own little fridge to himself. For me I’ll just change it back to a freezer if needed. Beverage Center : I think the beverage center is so snazzy and helpful! It enhances the capacity to hold more and provides more options! Dual Ice Maker : So this is more of a pro, I love that there’s two kinds of ice and ice bits are great. It does get overly full and when you scoop it out, it tends to fall in the back which a con. This should be able to be adjusted to make less ice. I don’t even want to know how much ice has already fallen behind it. Fingerprint resistant stainless: My real only con on this fridge. By having little ones this happens often. So it does sort of have less fingerprint marks but they still are prevalent. I’m hoping if we change the door panels to a different color this might be a better option. The fridge does clean up easy enough though. This isn’t a big enough deal to not recommend. A big pro in my eyes and something noticeable about this fridge is how it doesn’t have door handles, I believe that makes it look so sleek and modern. Overall love this

A quick spray of window cleaner on a cloth and it’s perfect; I like it better than stainless. The beverage center is a great feature and my active family uses it constantly. Filtered water and choice of ice size at your fingertips. Veggie bins keep produce fresh. I am very pleased with my purchase.

We recently moved to a new place that required us to find a fridge that fit our needs, budget and lifestyle. This checked every box for me and my family. We love the Beverage Center that comes with a built in-water dispenser and a pitcher that automatically refills. The capacity of this fridge is huge! I’m able to do a full grocery store haul and still have left over space for when we get takeout. Also, the bottom right is a “FlexZone” that allows us to pick if we want it to be a fridge or freezer which is awesome. For events, were able to dedicate the whole space to beverages. No more filling up that ice chest with expensive ice. Oh speaking of ice, you have two (2) ice types that have huge trays and a convenient little scoop. The integrated SmartThings App allows me to add food to a list that lets me and my wife know what we have and how long we have it. I’m the worst at making sure food is used or disposed of in a reasonable time so the app keeps me honest. We have a toddle who loves putting their grimy little fingers over everything. Our model has the Fingerprint Resistant model which reduces the ugly smudges that tend to plague other models. This feature is a must for those with little ones. All and all, if you’re in the market, highly check this model out. We love it and have no regrets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung Bespoke refrigerator is amazing! We have been having it for several months now and love everything about it. I can’t decide if I like the look or functionality better. The glass panels have a sleek look and are virtually smudge proof. The few smudges and fingerprints that were left wipe away with ease. One of my favorite features is the beverage center. I love that the water dispenser and pitcher are hidden behind a door. The self-filling pitcher is great. My daughter enjoys having water infused with lemon. Another feature I love is the bottom right storage space is customizable to be a refrigerator or freezer (and you can make these adjustments easily from your phone!) There is a lot of storage in both the refrigerator and the freezer. The ice bins are a little small and ice sometimes spills behind the bins. The fact that this unit make two different size cube makes up for the bin issue in my opinion. I do wish the shelves in the refrigerator where more adjustable so I could have more height. Overall, we all love this refrigerator and are very happy with the purchase!

The ice maker stopped working after about 2 years. There are chips and craps in the ice tray and doors. It also dents easily. I have tried finding panels to replace them but they are either out of stock or one available when I need two.

This refrigerator has been standing in my kitchen for almost 2 years without any panels. I have checked the website over and over looking for availability of the colored panels I was promised when I purchased it. Now I find out all the colors have been discontinued with the exception of a limited few. What a scam. So now I will be forced to choose white or stainless which I could have had in any frig on the market back then. It's unfortunate that Samsung has put so much money into marketing the Bespoke line and not into the actual product they sold.

Ice cube tray.... Is it the beginning of the end? We spent a lot of money to have water just pouring into the ice cube container, not the tray!
