This 4Door Flex is ideal. It gives me the best of both worlds. Water/beverage center is inside the sleek glass door fronts for a modern clean look, In addition, the wonderful customizable panels so you can match your decor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Usually a fridge is just a fridge, but there are some new features here that I initially considered gimmicky, but now have fallen in love with. The first is the beverage center. Being able to quickly grab a pitcher of water, that's always full, has made filling the coffee machine so much more convenient. The other is the freezer configuration - it has more room that our older counter depth side-by-side, even with two different kinds of ice being made at the same time. It's also quieter than our previous fridge from 2008. Overall, the stainless finish is OK. It shows less fingerprints, not zero fingerprints. The fridge has never been able to join our wireless network for SmarterThings. We have an Eero 6e network setup with WPA3 enabled, and the fridge will associate with the network, get an IP, and never stay connected for more than a few seconds. We tried disabling features on the network, and same results. Eventually gave up and put an old cheap AP in place for just this to connect to. Just note if you have an Eero 6E mesh network, could have issues connecting. Once it was connected, nice to be able to configure the device using an app.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed a refrigerator for a home we were moving into and after looking at multiple refrigerators we found the Bespoke from Samsung! Pros are the automatic filling pitcher and the water spout (which is inside the door which we found to be better than it being outside). The ample shelf room and four separate doors make storing foods at different temperatures easy. Their are two separate types of ice (small and large) which are perfect for different of beverages. We love how the refrigerator is also a statement piece for our kitchen! The only con is that sometimes the automatic water pitcher will not refill unless it is giggled in place, but that by no means is a deal breaker!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this fridge for a week now and so far I like it. I'm using and liking the beverage zone a lot because it's so convenient. The fridge looks very pretty and modern but its capacity is smaller than my previous fridge so I have to be conscious of the amount of food I buy right now. I love the app and the door open alarm as a mom of little ones. While I do like the different ice sizes, it does get a little bit of getting used to using the little scoop. It honestly doesn't make ice that fast either. Overall it is a nice fridge and I am enjoying using it. Hopefully it will last for a long time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung bespoke fridge is a wholely unique product that has completely changed what a modern day fridge can look like. But more importantly, it backs that aesthetic with cutting edge technology and functionality. First and foremost it is stunning, and every guest instantly focuses on it and falls in love. It gives you a chance to decorate your kitchen with different color accents and contrasts greatly with the surgical steel that has taken over kitchens everywhere. The gloss finnish is clean cut and does not highlight fingerprints. The spacious 23cu ft hold a ton of food and beverages and nearly all shelves are customizable to fit how you like to organize your fridge. The bottom panels can both be freezer or you can elect to make the right one a standard fridge temperature. The dual ice cubes is a great addition. The top left panel hides a beverage center complete with a self refilling pitcher that has a center space to place fruit or other water flavoring. The smart fridge can be adjusted with an inside panel or via your Samsung smart things app. It is very intuitive to use and you can monitor your temperature settings and even change ice maker settings, or change from fridge to freezer on the app. This is a huge fridge and Samsung did a good job of efficiently packing in as much storage space as possible into the maximum allowed dimensions. You will have ample room for all your food storage needs. The outside panels, while expensive, can be individually purchased to change the aesthetic whenever you want. As you can see in my picture, you can also be as creative as you want to set different tones in your kitchen. It is incredibly captivating. I am 100% happy with this appliance that not only serves as a means to store your food but also as a way to decorate and a form of expression. Samsung really knocked this out of the park. Don't hesitate to evolve what you think a fridge should look like and step into the future.

Really fun to be able to change the vibe in the kitchen by swapping panels. The fridge once it has come to temp is whisper quiet. Was concerned about that at first, but after 48 hours, it never made a sound again. Spacious, bright interior. Love the soft freeze option for the flex zone to have the ability to not put all items into a deep freeze. The autofill water pitcher and beverage center is the cherry on top. Very happy thus far.

It looks great, it has all the best features and it matches my cabinets in our new house almost perfect! It almost looks as if it's a custom fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator for just over 2 months and can safely say that it’s the single most well thought out appliance I’ve encountered, and I’m a tough critic. What makes the Bespoke line of refrigerators unique compared to other high end consumer refrigerators is the daily usability of its standout features. Aesthetic – The sleek look of this refrigerator is exactly what I was looking for to complete my modern themed kitchen. I loved my previous Samsung 4 door refrigerator, but the stainless shell just didn’t fit my design, so I was ecstatic when Samsung launched the Bespoke line. The clean look is also extremely practical and easy to keep clean and the handles have hidden touch points so smudges and fingerprints are naturally conceded. Also, the glass panels that I chose are 100% dent resistant (because they’re glass) and should the worst happen, they’re easily replaceable. I really can’t emphasis this enough, it is a beautiful piece of equipment. Layout – My previous refrigerator was a counter depth Samsung 4 door model as well, so I knew what I was getting into with the Bespoke and I knew I would like it. The 4 door design has the advantage of only exposing a small portion of the cooled area at a time. This is especially important for the frozen areas which are two independent compartments. The Bespoke’s upper doors have deep trays, and they allow you to use them for more than just narrow bottles, they can hold larger items like gallons of milk or yogurt tubs. The lower door trays are much shallower (no worries, big enough to hold a pint of Ben and Jerry’s), which gives you deeper trays in the freezer for larger items like a loaf of French bread. These deeper compartments slide out so you can access things that may have been pushed to the back easily. All of these design decisions work together to make this counter depth refrigerator feel much bigger than other designs. Water Station – The autofill water pitcher is a must have feature. Anyone that’s tried to fill water bottles or pots with water using a door mounted refrigerator waterspout knows that it’s a huge pain. The autofill pitcher is there, waiting, always full, fast pouring. I bet I’ve tripled my water intake since getting this just because of how convenient it is to get a glass of cold water.
