Purchased in Nov 2024. The refrigerator is quiet and we love the beverage center. I added an extra in-line filter behind the fridge to remove more things like PFAS etc. and the water tastes great which is saying a lot since I really don't like plain water. The beverage pitcher is a fantastic feature that we use every day for cooking etc. Also with the Flex feature we made bottom right side a fridge for my daughter for easy access from her wheelchair.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When our 10-year-old Samsung fridge finally died, we were hesitant to buy another Samsung because getting our old one serviced was so difficult. After a while, new components were scarce, and even water filters were difficult to come by. I couldn't help but notice how lovely this refrigerator is. I performed my homework, watched it expand in the Asian market, and decided it was worth a shot. This beautiful refrigerator makes a statement in the kitchen because to its elegant design, which avoids the bulbous appearance of other refrigerators on the market. We were relieved to get rid of the drawer freezer and replace it with a four-door one. We haven't had to change out the flex section because it's now being used as a deli fridge. There is no longer an ice maker in the refrigerator; it has been moved to the freezer, where it belongs, freeing up refrigerator space. Cubes and nuggets are the two sizes available. Note that ice nuggets are not chewable like sonic ice, but they are large enough to cool your liquid quickly. We're still attempting to figure out how to collect ice without spilling any. The autofill pitcher with a diffuser is another feature we like. We use it to make infused water on occasion. This feature is a nice addition because I used to keep a pitcher of water in my old fridge so that chilled water was always available. When I bought this fridge there were only colors available. When I'm ready, I would love to switch out the panels to different designs if they ever come available. We have Samsung phones, so syncing it with the SmartThings app was easy. Definitely worth the price!

First, all the pro's: - The water tastes great out of it, no complaints there. Each filtered fridge is a little different and pleased with this water taste. - I love the beverage center much more than I thought I would. To always have a pitcher of cold water has been great - makes refilling a coffee machine very easy. - I like the no-handle look - it's sleek and it's a little easier to match other appliances that have no handle but might be a different vendor. - It holds a good amount. This replaced another counter-depth and this holds a little more food. The freezer especially I wasn't sure about, but we were able to fit everything in there (using both the left and right as a freezer) we took out of the old one. - The accessories and layout of shelves compliment the fridge well and provide good flexibility to configure it the way you need. The challenges have been: - The finger print resistance is meh - it's easy to clean, but I don't think it resists them much. - Pay close attention to the height - it steps up and the doors are the tallest part. In the picture you can see the project we now have adjusting the cabinet above the fridge. It fit in the hole, but the cabinet doors can't open without hitting the fridge doors. - I still can't connect it to WiFi, it fails on the last step. I see it join my network for a couple seconds, then disconnect. I imagine this is solvable, but it's taking a lot of effort. Overall, very happy with the fridge. The last question will be longevity and hope that it lasts and can ventilate well being built into cabinets.

Refrigerator with Beverage Center (RF23DB9600QL) for a few weeks and have fallen in love with how spacious this fridge is. My favorite features are: -I am able to store my groceries in set drawers/shelves without worrying about expedient spoilage. -Larger sized items from big department stores can sit without me worrying about doors closing. -Auto fill water pitcher is convenience and a fun way to get excited about daily water consumption. I also love that the water spout is concealed on the interior of the fridge -Multiple ice options in one machine -Option to change bottom right into fridge or freezer -Easy to clean stainless steel fridge doors

After a year I can say that as much as I love this refrigerator I hate is just as much. To replace the water filters you have to move your whole refrigerator to turn the water off before you can add the new water filter. If you do not you will get water sprayed EVERYWHERE. Another thing I hate is that the water jug does not always fill. about 98% of the time it does not fill. That started around the nine month marker however by the time I was able to see if it was covered under warranty, the warranty lapsed. Now for the lings I love, I love the bright lights, how all four doors open, how one of the compartments can be a freezer or a fridge, the draws on the bottom pull out which is amazing, and I LOVE the space.

I am so proud that I bought this after I listened to my friend's suggestion and got a very good deal, also. First of all, I like the combination of door colors (white and light pink glass), makes me calm and kind of sophisticated. The only con is that I can't put any family pictures with magnets or calendars that I used to have on the door because the glass doesn't hold them. It looks clean and neat but it's not practical. Rather I have to clean it more often for fingerprints. So, there are pros and cons since beauty always brings this dilemma. To gain one thing then have to compromise something else, I know it... Besides, I bought two items for the interior of this fridge: 3 small digital thermometers for each compartment that I like to look at numbers with my own eyes every time I open the doors even though there is already on the side of the refrigerator's door. The other thing that I ordered recently was 2 clear drawers held under shelves. I use one for eggs and another one is for sauces or other small items, like seasonings. These both are useful for me and fit perfectly inside the fridge (see in the picture). Overall, Fridge is greatly functioning well as I expected and also looking so modern and gracious, every time I pass by it makes me feel so proud that this is my baby. I already took many pictures of it and spread them out to all my (housewives) friends here and there bragging like a child. Of course, they are dying of jealousy. I hope this can last for many many years.

The water pitcher is great! This is our second samsung refrigerator. We have enjoyed both and love this one even more than our first one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great refrigerator. Very quiet. Love the AI Family Hub but still learning how to make optimum use of the many options and apps. Wanted a white refrigerator to match current kitchen appliances but could only find lower end refrigerators in that color. The Bespoke offered the choice of several colors and was one of the deciding factors in buying this product. We love the white glass. Very happy with this fridge.

Cooling seems to be consistent on all levels and we don't get any freezing in the back area's like our old unit. Ice maker works great and makes plenty of ice for the 3 of us. Once small complaint would be that there is not much room in the fridge for things that are tall like milk just and large condiment container. The top two door shelves are too short for milk jugs or coffee creamer containers. Glass panels are easy to keep clean. Probably the biggest problem is that the hinges on top are so high up that we cannot open the doors on the cabinets above the fridge all the way, but then not much stored there as it is too hard to reach so not much of an inconvenience. Overall, very nice Fridge. Freezer has no negatives. both sides work well layout wise and there is lots of room.
