[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we first got selected I was excited that we would be able to customize our fridge and select a combo of colors that would fit our kitchen best. We got our fridge and it fits amazingly in its predecessors spot. The only issue with it is the delivery people came with only one color and we had selected two different color combinations and have yet to receive the correct ones. The fridge though in itself is amazing the four doors has always been a dream of mine. We also added the fridge to the smart things app. With the app I like being able to view how many times the door has been opened, that I can set the temperature from my phone and I also like being able to switch the settings. The beverage center has an amazing feature that we use often, the self filling water pitcher gets a-lot of use and I like that even the tiniest bit that you use you don't have to worry about refilling it yourself.I appreciate the fact that I can add a few fruits and citrus in the infuser and have it ready for me. I like the ice maker and the fact that it is in the freezer, I also like that I have a choice of Cubed and Ice Bites. I love also having the option of a flex fridge that I am able to use the lower right corner for a fridge or freezer. Not having enough room was an issue with our old fridge and we no longer have that issue with this one. I can't say enough about how amazing this fridge is.

The beverage center turned out to be our favorite thing -- we can easily grab a can of sparkling water or pour a glass of flat. Couldn't be happier with the purchase

A quick spray of window cleaner on a cloth and it’s perfect; I like it better than stainless. The beverage center is a great feature and my active family uses it constantly. Filtered water and choice of ice size at your fingertips. Veggie bins keep produce fresh. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Not even 3 years and the ice maker and control panels don't work, the self filling water pitcher doesn't fill all the time. They make this type of refrigerators just to last a very short time. So if you are looking for something that is worth your money don't buy a samsung

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this fridge a couple weeks and so far absolutely love it! It’s beautiful and fits in perfectly with my kitchen. I love the beverage center, probably my fave part. I use the water pitcher several times a day, it is so convenient. I also love that the water dispenser is behind the front door, it saves me from continuously having to wipe water dripping down the front of our fridge ( like our last fridge). The freezer at first glance doesn’t look very big but actually fits more than our previous. The ice dispenser in the freezer is easy and quick to get ice. Love my new fridge!

However, it was exciting to receive our new Samsung BESPOKE 4-Door Flex fridge! The 29 cubic feet is not the larges fridge you can buy, but the way the interior is designed, this fridge feels huge. We chose the navy steel color for all four panels, which gives it a slight navy color. The look without handles is so sleek and upscale. I love the two ways to get water, including the pitcher that allows you to do infused water. The ice maker in the freezer is unobtrusive and having it create two types of ice cubes is extremely handy. I was leery about the side of the freezer, especially since the lower right quadrant is a flex space, but the deep drawers and sliding shelves make it very easy to access and store everything. Since having this fridge, two friends of ours have now purchased their own BESPOKE fridge, and one even got the matching stove as well. It really is a very high-end appliance, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a new fridge!

The auto fill pitcher is amazing and I love having two options for ice. My only complaint on the ice is that sometimes you lose some pieces out the back when scooping. For overall storage the refrigerator fits everything I need and I love how I can customize the temperatures of the flex door and crisper drawers via the app. Overall I am very impressed with my Bespoke 4 door flex refrigerator by Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wonderful Bespoke Refrigerator from Samsung Smart Things app connectivity was a breeze to do. Just scanned the QR code and everything was connected through WiFi and could easily control the Flex Zone settings and other settings. Controlling this beast with this technology was amazing. Beverage center is a perfect place for quality and filtered water. Product worked like a diamond. After few pitchers, the water was pristine to drink. Auto-fill pitcher is another great technology to keep the bottle filled every time and this is an amazing addition to my home. This reduces the time to wait for the water to be filled and it is readily available. Ice Maker did its magic in delivering 2 varieties of ice. Moving from a standard one to 4 door gave us plenty of room to keep things refrigerated. And Flex Zone is a plus when i don't need more items to froze. Counter depth was perfect to the kitchen as it didn't take any extra space. The stainless steel is amazing.. and it looks like a mirror... Upgrading from the app was great and it worked fine. Overall a best class Refrigerator from Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The customizable door material and color options for this refrigerator are vast, but we finally settled on the light blue glass door panels. The most convenient option on the refrigerator is the "Beverage Center", which allows easy access to a self-contained water pitcher (included with the refrigerator), several shelves for drinks/snacks/medications/etc, and a chilled filter water spigot. The pitcher self fills (option can be turned off too) with filtered water, so it is always full and ready to pour refreshingly cold water. The pitcher can also be used to make iced tea or powdered water-based drinks. Once the refrigerator was installed we felt compelled to modernize the appearance of our 20-year-old kitchen with new cabinet/drawer handles and a marble countertop with a full ceramic backsplash, but the work is still occurring so there are no before/after pictures at the time I am writing this review, but will try and come back to add them once the work is completed.

The automatic filling water pitcher is amazing and we didn't think it was going to be a big deal. Having a flex section really helps especially if you have a separate freezer and don't need the extra space. We highly recommend this Refrigerator. It does seem a little taller than normal. It barely fit under our cabinets.
