[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this BeSpoke refrigerator a little over 3 weeks ago. I ordered it with all four Grey Glass panels and they look REALLY sharp! The installation process was flawless, watching the installer attach the front panels was great, I now know what to do should my wife decide on changing the color layout of our kitchen! LOL. The fridge is about 28 cubic feet and when you open it, you see every cubic inch, there is SO much space in this fridge. I love it. There is some room for adjusting the clear class shelves which feel substantial and well-built. The multiple cooling zones are terrific in the main upper half of the fridge and I love how the lower right part of the unit can serve as an extension of the refrigerator or freezer. The icemaker took about 2-3 days to start to show significant amounts of ice and it's really cool to have the option of having regular ice or the little "bite" sized pieces. The beverage center is amazing, the pitcher with the auto-fill feature is spectacular. Once you pull out the pitcher and dispense water, when you return it and closer the "hidden" door, it fills almost instantaneously! The water dispenser is easy to handle, although sometime my boys will spray water everywhere when they get close to the top of their cups (my fault for not supervising that lol, I know!). The smart features of the fridge include adjusting the temperature in the refrigerator area, turning the icemaker on/off, and being notified when the water/UV filters need to be changed. You can also adjust the temperature of the crisper drawers to mimic the ambient temperature set in the main compartment or customize for meat/veggies. The inside panel that shows all these features is neatly tucked away on the inside right corner of the fridge. Setting up the device on my wifi was a snap through the SmartThings app on my phone. I think incorporating a UV filter for less friendly smells in the fridge is spot on! Additionally on the inside, Samsung has included bright LED lights which illuminate the inside of the fridge beautifully. Overall this beast (just mean the size) of a fridge has been worth the investment, we are SO glad we got this fridge!!! The BeSpoke Refrigerator line functions like a higher end refrigerator for sure!

You can actually find what you are looking for without taking everything out. We are loving the water pitcher in the door. Every day we find a new reason to love this refridgerator.

I love the beverage center, probably my fave part. I use the water pitcher several times a day, it is so convenient. I also love that the water dispenser is behind the front door, it saves me from continuously having to wipe water dripping down the front of our fridge ( like our last fridge). The freezer at first glance doesn’t look very big but actually fits more than our previous. The ice dispenser in the freezer is easy and quick to get ice. Love my new fridge!

I love that it auto disperses and its not like traditional ice makers where you push it down. The water pitcher is a great add-on and the water tastes clean and ice cold. Theres ample storage in the fridge section as well as the freezer. The Smartthings app is a cool convenient way to control some of the features/settings. The only con i have with this refrigerator is that i could not get one of the plastic shelves to go in. I thought i was going crazy but a previous reviewer mentioned the same thing. I cant wait to add the color panels and customize our fridge. Overall 10/10 purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator for just over 2 months and can safely say that it’s the single most well thought out appliance I’ve encountered, and I’m a tough critic. What makes the Bespoke line of refrigerators unique compared to other high end consumer refrigerators is the daily usability of its standout features. Aesthetic – The sleek look of this refrigerator is exactly what I was looking for to complete my modern themed kitchen. I loved my previous Samsung 4 door refrigerator, but the stainless shell just didn’t fit my design, so I was ecstatic when Samsung launched the Bespoke line. The clean look is also extremely practical and easy to keep clean and the handles have hidden touch points so smudges and fingerprints are naturally conceded. Also, the glass panels that I chose are 100% dent resistant (because they’re glass) and should the worst happen, they’re easily replaceable. I really can’t emphasis this enough, it is a beautiful piece of equipment. Layout – My previous refrigerator was a counter depth Samsung 4 door model as well, so I knew what I was getting into with the Bespoke and I knew I would like it. The 4 door design has the advantage of only exposing a small portion of the cooled area at a time. This is especially important for the frozen areas which are two independent compartments. The Bespoke’s upper doors have deep trays, and they allow you to use them for more than just narrow bottles, they can hold larger items like gallons of milk or yogurt tubs. The lower door trays are much shallower (no worries, big enough to hold a pint of Ben and Jerry’s), which gives you deeper trays in the freezer for larger items like a loaf of French bread. These deeper compartments slide out so you can access things that may have been pushed to the back easily. All of these design decisions work together to make this counter depth refrigerator feel much bigger than other designs. Water Station – The autofill water pitcher is a must have feature. Anyone that’s tried to fill water bottles or pots with water using a door mounted refrigerator waterspout knows that it’s a huge pain. The autofill pitcher is there, waiting, always full, fast pouring. I bet I’ve tripled my water intake since getting this just because of how convenient it is to get a glass of cold water. However, it was exciting to receive our new Samsung BESPOKE 4-Door Flex fridge! The 29 cubic feet is not the larges fridge you can buy, but the way the interior is designed, this fridge feels huge. We chose the navy steel color for all four panels, which gives it a slight navy color. The look without handles is so sleek and upscale. I love the two ways to get water, including the pitcher that allows you to do infused water. The ice maker in the freezer is unobtrusive and having it create two types of ice cubes is extremely handy. I was leery about the side of the freezer, especially since the lower right quadrant is a flex space, but the deep drawers and sliding shelves make it very easy to access and store everything. Since having this fridge, two friends of ours have now purchased their own BESPOKE fridge, and one even got the matching stove as well. It really is a very high-end appliance, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a new fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have received are new refrigerator. It looks nice and modern. I like the sleek front and no handles. Kind of looks futuristic. The only issue with the refrigerator capacity is that there are only 2 drawers. However, half of the freezer can be converted to a refrigerator (FlexZone). The pull out drawers and shelves are a nice feature making it easier to keep frozen items organized. The dual ice maker works well and I like that the ice is never empty. The beverage zone is convenient. The water from the dispenser is nice and cold which is good for the Texas heat. The auto fill pitcher is great for refilling the coffee pot with filtered water. The infuser worked great and gave me some flavored water. The Smart Things App was easy to set up. I have a Samsung phone so it was already installed. I just had to scan the QR Code and Bam it was setup. I liked the recipes in the app and the notifications I get in case I leave the fridge door open. The fingerprint resistant steel is not all that resistant. On the day the fridge arrived it was already full of prints that needed to be cleaned. The user manual did not provide any instructions on how to assemble and install the drawers and shelves. It is nice that the control panel is inside the fridge but we did not know how to use it. I actually had to rely on YouTube to learn how to use the control panel. Overall it is a significant improvement over our last refrigerator. We would definitely recommend this product to anyone!!!

Also when opening the left side you need to open from top or bottom as opening from the middle accesses the beverage center. Ice- I like that you get both ice cubes and ice bites (in individual trays) and that they even included an ice scoop. You can even tell the refrigerator not to make ice at night! Beverage center - easy access to beverages, water pitcher (for quick pour) and water dispenser. (pitcher is quicker). Automatic refills to pitcher quickly. Naturally you sacrifice a but of refrigerator space. Flexibility - it is nice to be able to configure the lower right to be used as either a refrigerator or a freezer and specifically 5 different temperature settings. App - The app is convenient for many things including but not limited to checking if door is open, temperature, quick freeze, quick cool, ice on and off. Would recommend and would buy again

This fridge is absolutely beautiful and meshes so well with the design in my home. What I love about it is that I can change up the panels if I ever wanted a different theme in my kitchen. I enjoy the dual ice maker, with the wifi controls. I love that I get alerts on my TV and phone if I leave the fridge door ajar. It has been a splendid experience since receiving the Bespoke fridge. One of the most exciting appliances I've ever had the pleasure of owning. Setup was a breeze and the panels are really easy to install.
