[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the Samsung Bespoke Counter Depth 4-Door Flex 23 cu. ft. Refrigerator with Beverage Center (RF23DB9600QLAA). I'd have to say the biggest surprise was how much we use the autofill pitcher from the fridge with the special beverage center door. Filling up my water glass or coffee carafe is so quick now. I did not realize how much of my life I was wasting with the regular filtered dispenser! I do miss the space of my old fridge. The drawers for the fridge are too small for my needs. I like that I can change the bottom right into a fridge, but I need the freezer space! Overall, we like the look of the fridge and the beverage center. Its a game changer.

We have had this refrigerator for 3 months. Both my husband and I say almost every day “ I love this refrigerator!” Best refrigerator we have ever had. It’s perfect. Ice maker even kept up during Christmas for 10 adults. Used the flex section as extra refrigerator space during the holidays. We hated our old Samsung Refrigerator that leaked and loud ice maker. But this one has no flaws. Just buy it. You’ll love it too!

Really fun to be able to change the vibe in the kitchen by swapping panels. The fridge once it has come to temp is whisper quiet. Was concerned about that at first, but after 48 hours, it never made a sound again. Spacious, bright interior. Love the soft freeze option for the flex zone to have the ability to not put all items into a deep freeze. The autofill water pitcher and beverage center is the cherry on top. Very happy thus far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The four door refrigerator has a sleek look and works well in our relatively new kitchen. I don’t like that fingerprints show very easily and I find I have to clean the doors much more frequently than I’d like. While you gain in aesthetics by not having door handles, you lose the ability to open and close a door without having to touch and dirty the actual doors. I particularly love the freezer. The ability to open just one side is nice. I was not aware that the flex zone could be converted to additional refrigerator space. I haven’t used it yet but look to trying it. The multiple pull out shelves and additional door bins make it very easy to organize frozen items. The refrigerator is spacious. The door bins are extra deep and can accommodate multiple half gallon milk cartons and/or bottles of juice. I do miss having the extra cold cut drawer that I had in my last refrigerator but am learning to work with the new space. The beverage center is nice and the built in pitcher is very convenient. I frequently open the beverage center door when I am trying to open the full door but expect I will get used to it with time. Overall, I think we will be very happy with this refrigerator.

I was able to customize the exterior look to my personal tastes and to match the style of my kitchen. The exterior also has a very streamlined look so it feels high-end in my option. Both doors can open at the same time for easy access to everything in the refrigerator section, great for large turkeys. The inside is super bright which was a wonderful surprise. The 2 crisper drawers allow for flexible temps depending on storing meats or veggies, keeps them fresh longer. I also love how the water filter is easy to access instead of reach to the bottom of the fridge like my old one. My only mild complaint on the fridge section would be I wish I had more flexibility to raise or lower the shelves inside. The quick access beverage center door is great for all the quick access products like juices, ketchup, etc. I like not having to fully open the doors and let out all the cold air. I was not sure I would like the beverage center water dispenser being behind the quick access door, but I can say I love it now that I have it! In addition the water dispenser I was surprised how much I use the infuser auto fill pitcher. For the freezer and flex freezer/fridge sections on the bottom are great size for all my frozen products. I love the option of turning the one section into a fridge temperature zone, which will be a life saver during the holidays. I am a HUGE fan of the two types of ice options and also the fact the ice is stored in the freezer instead of in the door of the fridge side. My only complaint with the ice is sometimes pieces fall down the back when scoping it out. This fridge has so many custom features which are easy to access via the app or inside the fridge if you wish, which is cool for the tech geek in me. Overall I love this refrigerator and I would buy it again in a heartbeat.

This is my first Samsung Fridge - my TVs are all Samsung as well as our mobile phones. This Fridge is really cool and elegant and has transformed our kitchen given its very exquisite modern look, the glass panels and the 4 door combo. The Fridge is very technologically advanced and you can control certain features through a mobile App. My favorite in the Fridge ia the automatically refillable water pitcher! The space in the refrigerator is very large and is way more than I need, but it is great to have the added space when I need it occasionally. The look and design is amazing. I chose the color Blue and it definitely stands out in our kitchen. It is now the first thing that people notice when they come into our kitchen. I was first a little concerned about the size of the freezer, I though it might not be enough space, but now I have way more space than I need. In my last freezer, it was filled to the rim, and now I barely use 1 side completely and about a fifth part of the second freezer area. I love that the drawers in the freezer slide out because it makes storage so much easier and I can organize the food so much better. The best part of this fridge has definitely been the Dual Ice Maker! Every single person that I show it to is amazed and immediately say they want one too. The only negative review I have about this refrigerator is that although the ice maker is my favorite feature, it does take about 24 hours to completely fill the ice containers after being empty. I previously had a Samsung refrigerator and was very disappointed with it, but this refrigerator has been the best upgrade in appliances I have made.

We had the smart fridge 2021 stainless steel top 2 French style, bottom freezer. Don’t get me wrong, the computer is snazzy, fancy, & everyone of our guests LOVED it. But I personally could do without another thing needing internet connection. I finally convinced my husband to let me upgrade our main fridge to the 4 door flex & now I can’t wait to have EVERY COLOR. Also a red glass & green glass in the future is a must, because mamma want a panel for every season ;D The thing i love most about the flex, is the FLEX!!!!!! I have a 4 year old and a 2 year old and was able to convert the bottom right section of to a fridge for the kids! Now my son is not up in the middle bar of the fridge handing his dirty feet all over like he was in the smart fridge we had prior. I’m a Montessori mama & having the availability for my kids to grab a drink & snack when they want is SOOOO important for their developmental to our family.! Thank you Samsung for always taking care of the Le family! We are forever LOYAL! Next up, upgrade to BESPOKE WASHER & DRYER!! (My current set is also Samsung new from 2021 but now i feeel like the whole family should BESOKE hehe )
