The larger one stopped working after 11 mos. Reached out to customer service and provided additional information that was requested and still no follow up. The smaller one still working fine.

Love these trash cans however the kitchen size it a little too sensitive. Just walking past makes the sensor open the lid. I've gotten used to it but it could definitely annoy others.

The large trash can I received had a dent in it. Left two points from the dents after I pushed the dent out. It requires a total of 5 C batteries, which cost $16 other than that they are great! The Stainless steel is very thin.
