Does not work

Bought this at a good deal. This specific model lid did not work. Requested replacement lids twice from the company and they did not work. Thanks to Sam's club for allowing me to return.

This was a home run

Very nice product. Work's great. We had one for about 16 year's, that I bought at Sam's.This is a step-up from what we had,it's bigger,plus we got the smaller one as a bonus. Very pleased.

This is a great trash can and not one but two and they work excellent, I recommend this to any one that wants effortless open and never forget to close their trash can.

Product appears to be of good quality. This one replaces an older one that top got broken , we don't know how. These are the best trash cans ever. Not having to do anything to drop trash is appealing to us . Great buy

Customer Service is Terrible

Received these trash cans on July 17th, 2022. Big one works great, but the little one does not work at all. Tried calling customer service and all I get is “the mailbox is full, please call back later”

Great purchase!

These trash cans are such a good deal. The 13-gallon trash can has a sensor that will allow you to keep the lid open while you peel eggs or do other tasks that require the lid to stay open. When you are finished, simply push the close button, and the lid will close. I love this feature and the retainer ring which keeps the bag in place. The small trash container also has a sensor and retainer ring and works great in the bathroom for hands-free operation. We have had these trash containers for several weeks, and the batteries are holding up just fine. We would definitely purchase these again!

I’ve only had these for a couple weeks. So far I can say thT I do like them. They were just what I was looking for. Tall one is being used for garbage and smaller one I’m using for recycle of small paper products. That one is a bit small but they march so I’m going to empty often. They both fit nicely in pantry area and look good too.
