Microwave

There was a grinding noise after installation. I contacted Samsung who opened a repair ticket but the vendor assigned said I’d need to uninstall the microwave to have it serviced for “liability reasons”. It was just installed the same day. I contacted the installer who referred me to Sam’s Club who referred me back to Samsung. Sorry but my patience is exhausted for a brand new appliance. I’d rather return it.

Grinding Noise - VERY Loud

The controls are simple, the vent works well without being loud, and the fingerprint‑resistant finish really does stay clean. A solid upgrade that makes everyday cooking easier.
