[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my microwave and I have taken a few days, even a few weeks to learn only a little bit about it.my old Microwave got ruined and am thankful for this one. It is so much better than my old one & does a lot more. I love the big space in the microwave. It has WiFi you are able to set the minutes from your phone from the microwave. The only down fall is you can’t start it from your phone you still have to press start on the microwave. It is very help. I Love the Fan has 4 speeds. That would have been very helpful on my old microwave when a grease fire started on the stove lol. I love this microwave my entire family loves the microwave. We have made popcorn, deforest chicken for my doggies. This microwave can do so much more. I’m still learning but I think everyone should get one

Still dont understand how to select options to reheat specific foods, the menu is there, but everytime i try to input the numbers it doesnt accept. Maybe theyre all under 1 of 3 reheat umbrellas? But overall been a good microwave.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this Samsung Microwave. It is absolutely beautiful with a sleek design and has classed up my kitchen immensely! Not only is is beautiful, but it functions amazing! It has a huge capacity which is amazing for my large family. One of my favorite features may seem like a strange one, but I love being able to silence it! I can mute the noises a typical microwave makes, which is so convenient because I am usually the first one up getting ready for work in the morning, and I try to be as quiet as possible. Now I can microwave my breakfast without waking up my kids with all the loud beeps! I love how user friendly this microwave is and how easy it is to find exactly the button I need. The popcorn button is amazing and microwaves my popcorn perfectly every time! It is so quick and I'm not left with a bunch of unpopped kernels! The best part is how easy it is to keep clean! I made oatmeal just this morning and I didn't realize until too late that it had boiled over. In my old microwave I would have been left scrubbing dried oatmeal for who knows how long. With this new microwave, it doesn't cling to the surfaces at all, and I was able to just wipe it with a paper towel, and it slid right off! I am so happy with my purchase, this microwave is absolutely amazing and I love it!

After 13 months, the interior light stopped working. Dark gray interior makes it impossible to see in there without a flashlight. Called LG. No help there except an offer to send a repair person for more $$ than I paid for the thing. Better get the extra Sam's warranty!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great, no hassle installing myself. Exhaust fan is strong. I just wish the clock was blue lightning like the matching stove we bought together, looks odd. One is white lights/ microwave, the other is blue/ stove.

Product will work for about a year and a day, assuming it shows up intact, which mine took 3 tries. Then you have it installed over the stove, as per the design, and the heat and steam from your stove will corrode the keypad, resulting in a large repair bill. STAY AWAY FROM SAMSUNG
