We have always been very pleased with the tenderloin steaks, we purchase them twice a month and never been disappointed with the quality.

Steaks good however I don’t like the end cut of the filet so really you only end up with 3 steaks not 4

Bought 2 packages for Christmas absolutely perfect. Trimmed, both sides were identical and could cut it with a fork. Will buy again.

Will buy these again. Husband is picky about cuts of beef. He loves these! So tender and they have good flavor when grilled just with salt rub!

Very disappointed, while two of the fillets were very nice, the other two were tough and mostly garbage. That was an expensive waste. Not happy.

Quite a bit of gristle with this. Not what I would expect for tenderloin. Previously, we had this and it was very good. Not this time, however.

I purchased one package of four beautiful filets for my wife and two guests but as I opened the package three were beautiful and hidden under the label were (four pieces of what would have been cut up filet) Very Disappointing.

These steaks were loaded with gristle and more fat that appropriate. We purchased to serve in steak fajitas, I was required cut and trim away 1/4 to 1/3 of steaks before cooking.

Make sure to open the package once you get home. I was going to vacuum seal the meat to put in the freezer. The smell was so bad I had to air out the house. Return for a refund.

These tenderloin steaks were fresh, tender and juicy with just the right marbling. There was very little fat to trim and no grissle hidden on the bottom. Delicious steaks.
