Save your money, toughest meat I ever bought!! Big disappointment definitely not worth $20 a pound, I wouldn't pay $2.00 a pound for this crappest cut of meat. Tough is being nice about the quality of these steaks. I have been a member for over 45 years and NEVER EVER got such a tough cut of meat. I was so embarassed that I served this to guests. At least the mushrooms were excellent. Total waste of my $60.71 never ever again.

Quite a bit of gristle with this. Not what I would expect for tenderloin. Previously, we had this and it was very good. Not this time, however.

We have always been very pleased with the tenderloin steaks, we purchase them twice a month and never been disappointed with the quality.

The meat was ok, but not very fresh. Had dark brown spots where the bright red product couldn’t reach.

We got this and grilled it. Had a dilly of a time getting the coals burning very good but man those steaks cooked up tender. YUMMY!

Steaks good however I don’t like the end cut of the filet so really you only end up with 3 steaks not 4

These had a lot fat around the edges and a good bit of gristle in the meat. Must have been very low quantity beef not worth 47.00
