There were only 3 on this particular package . I grilled one and froze the other 2. Tender with good flavor. Very pleased. Price is still ridiculously high but it's the only steak I truly like. So I splurge every so often.

Perfect size and cut, i get all my meats at Sam’s club no other retailers compare with quality and price. I use Allegro marinade cook to medium rare cuts like butter!

I have only purchased tenderloin steak from Sam for almost 30 years because the quality was always excellent and consistent no matter which Sam I bought them from. Twice now I have been very disappointed due to chewy stringy texture of their tenderloin steaks. With the price of beef I will no longer be buying Sam steaks.

I've purchased this a few times now and it's about 50/50. if I am having to cut off a couple pounds of white hard stuff @ $65-$70 and then encounter a vein of white hard stuff running through the middle of the filet, why am I paying the premium price?

You would think for wat you are charging you could have at least trimmed off the silver skin and cartilage. This to be your best cut of meat … just looking to make a buck. l

They were okay, just a couple of minor things. One of the steaks had a little gristle on it, and i wish the steaks in the packages were more uniform in size. In this package, one steak (hiding under the price sticker, of course) was substantially smaller than the other 3... and it just happened that that was the gristly one, too. Generally speaking, though, they were fine.

Got a package with 4 pieces. When I opened the package the piece hidden behind the price label was an end piece with nerve “strings “ thru out making it not edible. So 25% had to be thrown away!

I've been buying steaks at Sam's Club a long time. But I'm tired of buying cut, trimmed beef tenderloin fillet mignon from Sam's Club that has way too much silver skin left on it. I want to bring it home and cook it. Not have to trim it more. They typically come in a 4 pack having 2 ok pieces and 2 that you can't serve your guests. I don't know if it's just my store. Maybe I'll compare other stores. Otherwise I'll go to a butcher and get what I want.

$75.00…The front of the package looked perfect. But when I took the fillets out and flipped them over, they were full of fat. i trimmed it all off & I will be returning the bag of fat that I have, which is equal to at least one fillet. Disgusting practice I did write to the company about it, but I have not received any correspondence yet.

It was all good until there was part of a fingernail found in the meat. I was the only one in the family that prepared the steaks and I was not missing the end of a nail
