We have always bought the loin and cut our own but didn't do that and picked this up for a quick dinner. To my great disappointment I think this was fake meat. 🤷‍♂️ I have never seen anything like that in my life! After cooking it was like mushy, sponging and gross. Threw it away and haven't tried to get my $ back. Makes me question what the heck it was.

The filets were full of grizzle and half of the steaks were uneatable 😢

Hard to describe how excellent Sam's Club filet mignon is EVERY SINGLE TIME! Perfect taste and perfectly tender EVERY SINGLE TIME! Good price, too!

We purchased these hoping they would just be tender and not have a lot of grissel. Wow, they exceeded our expectations. These are restaurant quality, tender and full of flavor. No chewy bites either. Will buy again.

Through the packing the steaks looked great, however, when we got them out to season there were two that had lots of gristle and fat that had been hidden from view. This was disappointing.

We've typically had good luck with this beef in the past. unfortunately this batch was tough and not as flavorful.Very disappointing because it wasn't cheap.

Way too much fat/ marbling for filets. It was hidden underneath so it can’t be seen. Very disappointing

Great piece of meat use some of the kinder seasoning on it didn’t wrap it with the bacon. It was wonderful.

These steaks are smaller than I used to purchase from Sam's Club, however, that is a reflection on current beef market! Still less expensive than going to a restaurant today. These steaks are always delicious in my book!

Reasonably priced and very tender. I grilled them and topped them with bernaise sauce. Simply delicious. There are so many great recipes that you can use for this versatile cut of beef.
