This bread flour is tasty and easy to toss into my bread machine for fresh buns and loaves anytime! Can’t beat the value!

I've been using both the red flower and the all-purpose flour from Dakota. Made for a couple of years and I'm always happy with the results that I get. I mostly use both flowers for Fred's, both sourdough and yeast, but also for cookies and cakes. Okay

I have bought this Dakotamaid flour 25 pounds for years it is very consistent and we adjusted all our recipes for this brand now Sam's in Rapid City quits stocking it and we have to drive to another chain to purchase why?? it comes from Red River in ND our neighbor state, sorry we plan on dropping our membership due to Sam's changing for cheaper products and hanging the customers so they pad profit in pockets . Greed!! Toilet paper quality has literally gone down the toilet also along with other items.

We use the flour all the time for our breads, and they come out perfect. The bread is light and airy and tastes delicious!

Great bread flour BUT I will will be more often in stock. So frustrating to see not available for months. Buyer for Walmart must to step up with buying more for stock.

I like to mix in about 1/3 whole grain flour for health purposes. This flour has given me the best results (and I've used all the name brands) at still keeping a cohesive texture while doing that (photo). It was a perfect texture when used alone.
