reminder that 25 lbs of flour is just 5 bags of regular flour -- for some reason I thought the little bags were just a pound!

I did a curbside pickup of 3 bags of Bread Flour but when I reached home, I realized they had pulled the All Purpose Flour. Product is fine, mistake made by store staff.

I believe it is important to know that North Dakota Mills bread flour is NON GMO and unbleached. This mill gets its wheat from farmers who take pride in the old traditional way of dry fermenting in the fields WITHOUT spraying glyphosate that is causing great harm to children and adult GI and immunity systems. Such methods are NOT fit for human consumption and is a nightmare for the soils...I LOVE this bread flour. This flour makes the best ever ciabatta bread. Thank you North Dakota Mills for not selling out!
