Nice price for Serta. Tilt doesn't work!

Great chair for the price. Cons: The chair will not tilt backwards, although we followed the instructions. The seat part makes it feel as though I'm slipping forward. Also, the seat feels uneven. I don't work at the computer all day, therefore I will keep it. If Serta would instruct how to get it to tilt, I would appreciate it, even though that doesn't even out the cushion.

Okay for an office chair

Biggest gripe is the back rest size. Not large enough to set my head against it while still facing forward (i.e., i am looking up at the ceiling when i rest my head on it). The hand rests are fixed and make it unfavorable for scooting in closer to table tops. Otherwise, it is far more comfortable than any old school chair.
