Superb Comfort.

Love the chair. I was replacing a previous older Serta model that it lasted years until the lift cylinder broke and i could not replace it. So I decided to buy this one. The price was a bargain, I love the aesthetics of the chair, the cushioning is excellent, it is so comfortable, a lot more comfortable than my previous one, i just wondered why i waited until the other one broke to upgrade. the difference is night and day.

Not comfortable at all

I have an older Serta chair from 2020 that it MUCH more comfortable. Concerning this one, the seat is way too firm and doesn’t cradle your buttocks. Instead of the cushion being concave, it is convex and you feel like you’re sitting on a mound. Plus there is the feeling of constantly falling forward. After sitting for an hour or two, my legs and buttocks are numb. Not happy at all with the ergonomics of this chair. Just so annoying to return it but I probably have to.

Short back, hurts back, too stiff.

We should have ordered a high back chair. The mid-back was uncomfortable and the memory foam doesn't let you move in your chair. Because of that, the chair hurt our backs. We put it downstairs and bought a different one.

Poor Quality Polyurethane (P/U) Material!

Quality of the Polyurethane coated material used on this chair is very poor. Much of the polyurethane skin of the material peeled off and made a mess in my home. Tiny little pieces everywhere! I would avoid this one. Chair is fairly comfortable but is not very long lasting.

Won't last more than 3 months

It is comfortable at first but it starts to break down a month or two in. Will attach a photo so you see how the cheap PU material breaks down and thins. Also had to duck tape the seams splitting for now. This is the 2nd chair that did this so unfortunately not a fluke. I am not heavy at 140 lbs so this chair should not be showing wear within 2 months. Also return at anytime is a lie. Guy at club said within 60 days and wouldn't take it back.

Poor Quality

I purchased this chair 14 months ago and the seat cushion has failed twice; both times at a seam. They replaced the cushion the first time under warranty, however, since it is now over a year old, they want me to pay for the second replacement. For what it's worth, I'm 5'10" and weight 170 pounds. I would think that I would not be that much of a challenge to support. I recommend you avoid this product.

Not at all comfortable

I'm short and this chair fell short, the back of my knees didn't even hit the edge of the chair. The seat was too short, and my legs went numb after a short time. If you lean forward, the chair leans forward with you. Everything was secure, so it wasn't the way it was put together. I took it back to the store.
