Disappointment

After only one year of use, the office chair has begun peeling and the stitching has come undone. The cushion is uncomfortable, and the overall material quality is substandard. I am quite disappointed with this product.

Not bad for the price

I have spinal stenosis and two bulging discs so pretty much the only chairs I can sit in comfortably our office chairs. I figured I would check this one out from Sam’s Club since it was only 99 bucks! I can sit in it for up to an hour at a time, but after that, the seat compresses too much. The arms are a little on the short side, which is odd because I’m only 5 foot five but my neck and shoulders get sore after a short time of sitting in the chair. All in all, not too bad for less than 100 bucks

Nice price for Serta. Tilt doesn't work!

Great chair for the price. Cons: The chair will not tilt backwards, although we followed the instructions. The seat part makes it feel as though I'm slipping forward. Also, the seat feels uneven. I don't work at the computer all day, therefore I will keep it. If Serta would instruct how to get it to tilt, I would appreciate it, even though that doesn't even out the cushion.

Poor Quality

I purchased this chair 14 months ago and the seat cushion has failed twice; both times at a seam. They replaced the cushion the first time under warranty, however, since it is now over a year old, they want me to pay for the second replacement. For what it's worth, I'm 5'10" and weight 170 pounds. I would think that I would not be that much of a challenge to support. I recommend you avoid this product.
