I was on the fence about investing in a new office chair but I'm so glad I did! This chair is amazing. You don't know the support you are missing until you upgrade. Your body will thank you at the end of the day.

This chair is super comfortable! I work at home and spend a lot of time sitting in front of a computer - this chair has helped so much. I highly recommend.

after 6 months the upholstery on the armrest is peeling apart what a cheap chair

This is my 2nd chair. The seams on the seat of the first chair came out and made the seat uneven and lumpy.

Love the ease of assembly and love even more the comfort of what is considered a budget chair with a name brand (Serta) behind it ???

This chair looks and feel amazing and for the price you can’t beat that. Out with the old chair and in with the new one.

Haven’t had the opportunity to use much but as I just put together and am sitting in it now, it feels great!

I should have read the specs more carefilly. This chair is for shorter people, of which I'm not. What good is a chair if you have to sit at a 45°angle? I could have got a stool at this point :(

This is the best office chair I have ever had. I can't believe the low price--I would have paid more. The brown is a beautiful, rich color. The chair is so comfortable! Every time I sit down I think how wonderful it is.

Haven't owned this chair for over 6 months and there's already rips in the so-called leather seat and arm. Thought I was buying a quality chair because of the name Serta. I was wrong.
