Although I was used to a high-back chair, I find this one to be quite comfortable. I am realizing that the high-back chairs of before may have been allowing me to be too lazy!

I am 5'8 and the seat is too short. You feel like you're on the verge of falling off. The spring is too stiff. It won't let you lean back far enough. Having said that, the chair is extremely comfortable.

I work from home and my last chair was 3 years old and broke. Of course, just out of the warranty I purchased. I saw this and was more comfy than my last chair!

The materials are of great quality and the seat comfort is great! I am so happy I made the decision of upgrading my 6 year old chair. This chair look gorgeous and is very comfortable!

Chair seems comfortable tried it once so far. Set ip took about 30 min easy follow instructions. Top cushion screws at first seems too small but realized after that you need to push them in for them to grab the threads after thetnot was wst peasy.

The Serta Professional Office Chair is comfortable and stylish. I bought the chair in black. It was very easy to assemble and worked perfectly the first time testing it out.

Just finished putting it together it feels nice, haven’t used it as of now. The bottom piece was crushed, and uncertain how that will affect the chair.

The chair is well made and super comfortable. I love that it has a very good back, head, and neck support. I bought 2 and getting one more for my college son.

Set up was fine beyond setting the back of the chair to the base. It asks to lay it flat on the base but it doesn’t line up well enough so I had to fanagle with it with my wife to get it lined up.
