The Serta Professional Office Chair is so comfortable and supportive! I spend a lot of time studying different topics in the KJV Bible weekly and now I study in comfort!

I bought this chair due to starting to work from home! I put it together and sat in it and instantly fell in love with it! I would recommend this chair!

Chair is comfortable, but since it is "bonded leather" we will see how long it lasts before the "leather" peels away from the fabric and makes a mess.

I’m YouTube handy at best and I was able to assemble in under 30 minutes. 6’1 250LBS and I fit comfortably in the chair. Could use a headrest. At my height my shoulders sit flush with the top of the chair

I have bought over 15 of these in the last few years. In this updated version they cheapened it up with much less padding and memory foam. Same look but not as nice. It costs a little more and you get a lesser chair.

I bought two of these chairs and they lasted less than a year of work-from-home use before the cushions completely fell apart. And the only resolution was for me to basically pay the cost of a new cushion which was about half of the total cost of the chair.

Well, the padding on the chair is great. the seat, the back and the arm rests are very comfortable. BUT - the seat front leans forward way too much . I'm probably going to keep it but see if I can somehow adjust it a bit. And it comes with a pretty bad smell that hopefully will go away.

The chair is very comfortable, but like most of the other reviews, the material is falling apart on the chair after just a couple months' of use in an office setting. Most of the chair's material is solid, but some of the decorative material is not even as thick as a piece of paper and is quickly getting torn apart.

This chair is more comfortable than my last one which had suddenly collapsed, for 3 reasons: it is more cushiony, the back extends up far enough to be a headrest, and the seat length is adequate (unlike my last chair, which had an adjustable seat that always wound up with the shortest seat position, no matter how many times I extended it). And the price was good. I just got it, so I can't say how long it will last, but if it lasts as long as my last one, I'd buy it again.

I am returning this chair. The seat is too short and this is coming from someone that is short! I can only imagine how uncomfortable it would be for a taller person. It doesn't reach the back of my knees and my legs go numb. The seat back isn't very friendly either. My old chair is more comfortable that this one I have a tendency to lean forward on my chair and this chair seems to tilt with me. Maybe because the seat isn't long enough? IDK. I used it for all of twenty minutes and then brought my old chair back into the office. I gave it two stars because it did go together easily. Beyond that, it is uncomfortable in the seat and back areas of the chair. I also have a shoulder injury and I couldn't adjust the chair while I was sitting on it, the lever was to far back to comfortably reach. Of course, that is most likely due to my injury so you may not experience the same issue.
