We cannot find any way to make this chair-back "straighten up" so that you can actually sit up straight in it. It does adjust somewhat, but the amount it adjusts is negligible, and does not allow us to sit up as straight as we need to, to be comfortable sitting at a desk without having to use a cushion to bridge the gap. It will be returned.

I got just over 2 years of use from the first one and replaced with the same one. Only issue with the old was wear of materials from daily use 10 hours or more per day. Tried other chairs and the lift would fail due to being 250lbs. This one held up for the 2 years and was still working. I hope to get the same from the new chair.

I’ve been VERY curious how the “plugs” would fare since two previous chairs couldn’t keep their (screw) plugs in place. Not even 24 hours since assembling the new chair, one of the 8 plugs has already fallen out (and I hammered them all in so that they’d be in tight). I guess I’m just too expectant/picky that the plugs should stay IN? Otherwise, I like the chair.

This chair has excellent support for the price I paid. The chair was very easy to put together. Sleek design. Appropriately detailed and modern look for the price. Received many compliments from my coworkers and told them where to purchase for a great price.

i haven’t used it yet this is what it took me to when i scanned the QR for the warranty. how are we supposed to review it when we first get it ? also the build instructions for connecting the back of the chair to the arms (steps 6-7) need some reworking. does not make sense to lay the back down to connect the bottom holes, they don’t line up and you have to maneuver it in a way that just barely works.

Got this as a replacement for my old chair that was 14 years old. I was in need of an upgrade. Very comfortable and easy to put together. The arms have a cushion and I knocked a star off because the arm cushion is superficial and full of air not real cushion as when I use it air always escapes from them and they aren’t as cushy as they appeared because of the missing cushion.

Assembly was straight forward and the chair looks great once assembled but buyer beware, the back of the chair leans forward when in the normal upright and locked position and the seat depth is several inches shorter than the dimension(s) on the website. The photo in the listing shows the back of the chair leaned back slightly in the normal locked position but that is inaccurate as it is actually leaning forward slightly. The fact the seat depth is so short and the seat back is leaned forward makes this chair rather uncomfortable and pretty much unusable for any period of time.

Really happy with my Serta Professional Office Chair! It’s comfortable, supportive, and feels very well made. The cushioning is great for long hours at the desk, and it has a clean, professional look. Overall, a great chair for the price and definitely worth it!

I haven’t had this chair for very long, but I noticed an immediate difference the first time I sat in it compared to the chair I was replacing. I work from home and recently went back to school, so I’m spending 12+ hours a day at my desk. My old chair was really starting to take a toll on my lower back and hips. I bought this chair while it was on sale, and honestly, I expected it to be too good to be true because of the price. I’m so glad I decided to give it a chance. It’s comfortable, supportive, and has already provided noticeable relief. If it continues to hold up over time, it’ll easily be one of the best purchases I’ve made for my workspace.
