Such a nice chair, feels, looks, smells expensive but was not expensive at all.

Absolutely the worst chair I've ever sat in. After 30 minutes I'm going back to my old chair. Back leans too far back. Sloped arm rests give no support. No neck support at all.

First chair we bought about a year and a half ago and it still works great, no wrinkles, tears or stretching. We’re just now able to buy a second one because it’s the only decent one around here you can pick up in person and not spend more than your utility bill on it. Thanks serta!

Replacing a 10 year old Serta that’s seen it better days but still worthy of being a shop chair! This was easy to put together and very comfortable. And Sam’s had a great price on it so very happy with my purchase. Serta makes great office chairs at an affordable price!

So far I put it together and the arms are nice but the support the arms give to the back of the chair don’t seem to be strong enough. In due time will tell. Could be the way the 2 bolts are held together by the back of chair. All in all Nice looking chair.

I feel safe in this chair. You know how some office chairs leave you wondering if you’ll stay upright the whole time? Yeah, this one won’t do that. It is sturdy and extremely comfortable. As a person with a lot of virtual meetings, some of which frequently exceed two hours in length, I feel confident that this chair will keep me comfortable.

Still very new, but the comfort of this chair is amazing for this price point. I have purchased countless dozens over the years at work, and this this one is on par with higher end models I’ve used before. Time will tell if it stands up to daily use, but for my home office needs, this chair appears to be just the ticket!

Must be honest the price and brand really caught my attention. After it was assembled and I sat it was unexpectedly very comfortable. Almost took a nap. Feels like real leather ( it’s not ) but if you take care of it., I see this lasting beyond what maybe expected. Thank you for making it affordable!!!

So far so good, we are three days in. I’m a little on the plus side so this chair is amazingly comfortable and spacious. It gives great back, hip and waist support. I think the arm rest could be just a smidge higher but needless to say I’ll be purchasing one for my 91 yr old grandmother.
