Can’t open it

The batteries in the keypad died, after using the 9V battery to try to open it still won’t open. It turns green and says “proceed” but the actual door will not open. all of my jewelry and important documents are now locked inside.

Convenient Security

I bought this safe to store certain valuable papers/items at home and reduce the need to go to the safe deposit box all the time. It provides me with convenient security. I love it!

no support but call a lock smith , I did he told me he could not give estimate on charge to break into safe.

No good

Don't buy it you will regret. The digital lock is hard to work with and it doesn't look when you enter the right codes.
