I really like this safe

My husband and I just purchased safe TODAY. Upon our arrival after opening the safe, we found mold all through it along with some other type of white pigmentations. We are already having issues with the safe and the keypad. Literally day ONE of having it. I’m upset and very disappointed.

After several years of service, the computer board in side the safe went bad. Customer service told me to call a lock smith.

Keypad will not respond after a period of time. You get a headache just trying to open it.

necessary a few fingers first touch keypad and it works well. At the first I was afraid that key pad doesn't work but little later found out that it works well after this little trick!!!!!!!!!

Installed brand new batteries twice the day this safe was purchased. Screen lights up intermittently. I had the screen working long enough to program my own code, but after that the screen would not light up again. I am not comfortable locking the safe as I am uncertain that I will be able to get it back open due to the faulty touch screen. There is no other way to open the safe, there is not an override key, etc. Very heavy item to have to return to the store.

This safe probably works well for fire and water, without any modifications to the safe itself. But if you bolt this bad boy to the floor, thru the case into concrete or wood, all that resistance and protection is gone, gone, gone... Anything that needs to be kept dry, put in alternative watertight containers in the safe... In case of a fire, bolted to a wood floor, good luck... If you never have a fire or flood, it's all good... I have bolted mine to a concrete slab...
