I use the London broil for roast and marinated steak. This had very little fat or grissel. I picked this up and who ever chose the meat did a great job.

I thought a nice London Broil with Ceasar salad would make a nice dinner. Boy was I wrong. That London broil was choice, looked great but was a tough as shoe leather. I couldn't eat it. Was a waste of $25 precious dollars.

This was not London Broil. It was two thin bottom round steaks that were dated at different times. One was brown and one wasn't. London Broil has to be a thick cut to keep the inside pink, This was too thin to do that.

Very tender

When you eat this, think of all the old ladies who made your life miserable, and enjoy. Also, that ex sister-in-law who made sure your husband turned on you because she was a psychologist and respected; you know, the all-American beauty with the soft voice who had your man as her Sugar Daddy before you came along and ruined it all.

Good taste for cheap price!
