I marinated this meat overnight and cooked it in my air fryer, and it turned out absolutely perfect! the flavor and tenderness of this piece of meat was wonderful. I served it on Christmas with baked potatoes and sour cream and fresh broccoli. The meal was a great success!

Not bad, but I wouldn’t go so far as to call it great either. I knew it was going to be a tougher cut of meat but with beef as expensive as it is right now I was looking to save a little bit. Probably will not be picking it up again unless I figure out someway to cook it to make it more tender. It taste good but it’s just a tough cut of meat.

Bought it to make Jerky, was surprised to find it more expensive per pound than price cutters. Pieces were consistently cut and worked well for the jerky. Way to lean for a good steak, in my opinion, but that's the way of the cut, not a reflection of Sam's Club. I've just come to expect better pricing at Sam's and hate when I see it cheaper at smaller retailers.

Usually a Win, but this time around it didn't last 2 days in the fridge for me to vacuum seal it. I'm ok with a little discoloration, but this went very bad very quickly. It usually is such a GREAT Bargain for really GOOD meat. I guess there's always on

Beef prices are out of control compared to Chicken & Pork. I love the quality of the meat, but I have to rethink menu's with the almost doubling of costs. Bulk size is costing $30-$50 depending on the cut. Even chop meat for burgers has nearly doubled in price since 2020.

Meat looked better than it tasted, disappointing in how much it shrank after cooked.
