[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have not had a side by side refrigerator in ages and i was very skeptical to switch from a four door to a two door. Interestingly, i was pleasantly surprised. The interior has super smooth glass shelves that allow them to be fully utilized for stacking items. The door shelves are very sturdy and allow for a great assortment of items to be stored there. Large bottles of juice and even smaller condiments fit nicely. The freezer section was where i was most pleased, the shelving is very strong and sturdy. I was able to pack in all my meats and frozen vegetables each in their own section. Spacing is wonderful. The exterior of the fridge has a beautiful smooth finish. It is easy to clean and most importantly keep clean! The handle to open the doors is the best part! There are no handles. There are cutouts in the frame of the door which allow your hand to easily open and close them. I would highly recommend this refrigerator for its design, spacing, finish and well thought out capacity. I am actually a little sad at not getting it sooner. One more interesting point is it seals in the temperature of the inside and does not allow for temperature decrease which keeps items fresh for longer.

the first criteria i had was storage capacity, followed closely by price. storage capacity is huge, with the perfect balance of square footage between the fridge & freezer. side-beside refrigerators are no longer so popular, but are a far more efficient use of space, especially in the freezer vs the pull-out drawer type, which waste a ton of space accommodating sliding drawers etc. samsung's stainless steel finish has a richness & depth to it that no other brand comes close to, & this combined with this appliances design aesthetic made it a simple choice for me. pro's huge capacity simple, elegant design door mounted ice maker deep freeze setting -8°f excellent interior lighting cold air circulation con's needs 1 more shelf in fridge no lighting over ice/water dispenser

ice maker is horrible. it makes very little ice. its so bad i finally bought a separate ice maker. i miss having a light by the controls for the water and ice as you can not see the buttons in the evening. there is not enough light in side the fridge itself. one thing i missed prior to purchasing is there is no cold cut drawer on the higher levels.

Large Capacity Side-by-Side Refrigerator in Black Stainless Steel (RS27T5200SG/AA) is a life changer for our family. It’s huge and looks beautiful. It makes our kitchen look expensive and gives it the luxury look. Double doors with water and ice dispenser allows us to always have ice and water on the go. It’s roomy, great for organization of produce inside. The freezer is also roomy and perfect for our storage for the month. It’s finger print resistant with the kids touching it consistently. Easy to wipe. The temperature setting is on the inside which makes it easier rather than the top of the fridge. It’s digital setting, easy to work with when trying to change. The lights are strong and bright perfect for night time browsing. Our kitchen is small and it actually fit perfectly in after taking the doors off and putting them back on with no problem. The people who deliver it can also bring it in and set it up for you. Due to the pandemic we thought it’s safer if we just bring it in instead to keep everyone safe. I would highly recommend Samsung Refrigerator to anyone because the quality of the product is amazing. I don’t think I see myself buying any other brand because I trust Samsung and their products!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had my last Samsumg side-by-side fridge for a decade before I got this new one, and it's wild how much better the fridge design is now! The water dispenser area is now big enough to fit our sports bottles, and we now have ice AND water from the same dispenser! Plus, with the ice now in the door, there is waaay more space in the freezer. Actually, this fridge DOES feel roomier, and all in the same amount of space our old fridge took up. I am so satisfied! Looking forward to this next decade with my new Samsung fridge. :)

love the size and efficiency of this refrigerator. seems to keep food at specified temperature and has plenty of room. very bright interior and excellent ice maker. what i don't like is that there is neither a cold cut drawer nor a dedicated dairy space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Refrigerator is a major improvement from our last refrigerator. We had a regular top/bottom refrigerator. With his one, we gained a lot of space, especially in the freezer area. I can almost fit the whole month worth of food in the freezer and barely have to use the deep freezer we have in our basement. I do the primary kitchen cleanup so I was happy to see that the refrigerator is fingerprint resistant. That was one of my biggest fears when purchasing a black stainless steel refrigerator. I thought I was going to spend a lot of time wiping and polishing it to keep it looking good. I was happy to learn that wasn’t the case. The guys that came were friendly. They brought it in without the doors and installed them once the refrigerator was set in place. I was happy about that because that avoided any unnecessary scratches or damage. This is a beautiful refrigerator that I have already recommended to other people.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Brought this refrigerator to replace a 12 year old Kenmore. Love the stainless finish, and huge capacity, 27 cu ft vs 22 cu ft. Matches perfectly with the rest of the kitchen appliances. so far working flawlessly, keeps temp setting (verified with separate thermometer). ice maker produces adequate amt for the two of us.

i purchased a samsung because of the name recognition an previously having purchased components of theirs before. i have had the fridge for seven months and it has performed great until now. the freezer has quit working. it will only cool down to about 40 degrees. i read reviews saying that this is common and that the fridges do not have a long life span. i hope that this is the only issue i have with it but think that the quality samsung claims to have that this is poor quality components. i have had to go buy another refrigerator until the service department from the company i bought it from comes out to fix it. again i understand things do happen and that this is the only instance. i do love the fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is by far the nicest appliance I have ever owned. It has instantly taken my kitchen from just okay to WOW. The black stainless finish with the fingerprint resistant feature makes it a showstopper! I am in love with the in-door water dispenser. It tastes great and is super cold! My entire family suddenly has increased their water intake. The ice maker is a particular favorite of mine, this is the first fridge that I’ve owned that has one. I love that I can choose cubed or crushed with the press of a button. Onto the refrigerator itself, there are so many shelves! The door holds gallons of milk and all the condiments you could ever need. The one feature I feel is missing here though is a lunchmeat drawer. It is something I’m used to and feel would improve the functionality of this appliance. The drawers it does come with though are large and spacious. The vegetable drawer holds an entire bunch of celery without bending it. The fruit drawer is extra deep too. The freezer is just as large, keeps everything super cold and is easy to find what I’m looking for. Overall excellent appliance.
