Great Product!

It's quiet except for when making ice cubes. Cable waterline, filter, built in chimes, sabbath mode and thermometer included. No adjustable shelves or handles. A roasting pan will fit with lid. No ice maker on the shelf. Watch like a hawk for scratches on floor, dents on the fridge.

Love the size, larger than expected, great space and lighting. The gallon size shelves in the door are very handy, wish the shelves were adjustable but they are spaced adequately. A third drawer in the refrigerator side would be handy. The ice bin could be a little larger. Over all I like it and would recommend to friends.

Samsung Refrigerator Review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although this model was too large for 2 people and too large for the space we had we liked it so much we decided to keep it. The main reason was bcuz of the ice maker being in the door rather than taking up freezer space. We're very happy with this model. It keeps very cold and seems much colder than our old fridge even w/the same settings. We are glad we kept it & are very happy with it.

Overall good, but the ice dispenser is awful

I chose this one because it is large and I wanted the one-"button" ice/water dispenser. It is large and well-lit and we have plenty of room. The ice dispenser, however, is *horrible*. I am seriously considering returning this refrigerator for that reason. The button is hard to press in the right place, the ice hopper is small, and the dispensing is slow. It's so bad it's almost worthless and it ruins the overall value of the entire unit, since this is an important feature for us.

Terrible ice maker

I bought this because I really wanted the ice maker..it's 2 years old and already paid a $169 service fee and the ice maker isn't fixed ..there is a crack and leaks water on the floor

ICE FAILURE

The ice maker struggles to make ANY ice. My family can be asleep all night long and wake up and there is literally two ice cubes in the tray made. Whoever designed this ice maker needs to go back to school or be fired. A 2400 dollar fridge should have an ice maker that produces ice if not it's useless. Don't try and have a holiday with family over you will to spend money at the store buying bags of ice. DO NOT BUY THIS.

Ice maker / dispenser issues,poor customer service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had the refrigerator for 3 months, and The ice keeps freezing in the chute and when I called to get some out on warranty they told me I had to put in for service request online but online wouldn't allow me to put in the request and told me to wait 34 hours and call back

Produce better stuff.

3rd unit in under 2 years. 1st unit came with the home - died 9/25 2nd unit purchased 9/25 - died 4/26 3rd unit arrived 5/5 - I'm praying this one actually goes the distance. I have all Samsung appliances, I've replaced the range and the fridge. My dishwasher is currently producing an error and requires repair. I've moved in with new appliances in 10/24, and have had some type of issues with ALL of my Samsung appliances.
