[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very pretty design. I love how the ice marker and water filter don’t take up storage space. Shelves are easy to remove for cleaning. Only drawbacks are that the finish smudge easily and the ice dispenser is a little slow.

The clean, sleek design gives my kitchen a modern look, and the stainless finish is beautiful. One of my favorite features is the side-by-side freezer. Being able to see everything at a glance is a game changer. I no longer have to dig through a top or bottom freezer or move items around just to find what I need. Everything is organized, easy to access, and much less likely to get forgotten. The refrigerator is spacious, keeps everything at the perfect temperature, and is designed in a way that makes everyday use so much more convenient. If you're considering a new refrigerator, I would definitely recommend this Samsung model. It looks great, functions beautifully, and has made staying organized so much easier!

This product is. Average at best and requires constant maintenance to maintain proper working order. My ice maker hasn’t worked for months just because I haven’t had time to change the filter. Samsung should just focus on the phone and tv business because their home appliances are not the best. Looks good but not very reliable.

I have no feedback at this time just received unit and learning to use it & I was disappointed that this unit doesn't have a Wi-Fi capability to use smart things but that's okay. It's confusing with manual whether or not I have half spear of full spear ice cubes. I looked all over and don't see any indication that I do on my model. I wish Manuel made it more clear so I don't waste a lot of time looking .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It looks sleek on the inside and outside but the shelves are not ideal. I do not love the drawers on the bottom in particular and wish there was a deli drawer. One drawer is way too deep and the other is simply not large enough. There is no egg holder or any accessories that help with organization and the door shelves are awkward so things constantly fall over. Otherwise, the fridge functions well and looks good and was a good price.

The refrigerator provides easy access to all item in the freezer and refrigerator. The LED lights makes everything easy to see. There is no condensation and cooling is excellent and keeps all items at correct temperatures. In addition, the clean lines of the refrigerator gives it a nice sleek look. The ergonomics include deep door bins on the fresh side are perfect for bottles and jars. We are very happy with our Samsung side-by-side refrigerator.

Love the looks of the refrigerator it's so bright And easy to organize the way it's laid out. Only downside that I saw was the fact that it's you can't really adjust the shelves up and down that I have found out So like some of the taller bottles like a wine bottle I had to lay on side

We love it. However I feel i need to buy storage pull out with a top for sandwich meat, and cheese ect.i feel they storage bons are great for vegetables ect However too big for sandwich meat.The shelves are nice for big tall items in the refrigerator side , can't adjust the shelves. Its our first side by side and so far I love it. No bending to look through the freezer helpful with anyone that has back issues.

I bought this fridge to replace my 4 year old fridge that didn't last very long. I wasn't expecting much but it has exceeded my expectations. This fridge makes ice quickly and holds a steady temp in the fridge. Would highly recommend this fridge to other buyers.

My only complaint is that I can't find any information on the water filter. Perhaps all Samsung refrigerators use the same filter. I guess I will find out when I try to order one.
